“Need Wireless in room”
If this hotel wants to compete then they need to have wireless in the rooms and not just in the lobby!! Big Inconvenience !!
“What a let down!”
We drove out of the way 20 minutes to stay at another Sprillhill Suites Hotel. I will never stay there again. We made the choice because of our experience of a Springhill Suites in the Erlanger, Ky area. Their hospitality was amazing, rooms were clean and comfortable and you felt welcome. Not at this Springhill Suites. You were made to feel that you were an inconvenience to the staff and manager for being there. Examples of this are: Breakfast in the morning was a joke, not enough food for the guests and when they did bring out more food the servers sems upset that they had to work. When it came to 9:30am when the Breakfast was supposed to end, the one worker took off her gloves and said to a guest " its 9:30 and I am done" she proceeded to turn off the lights on the food and walk over to the front desk and seem to complain about working. There were alot of people still in the area trying to eat and get Breakfast. There were still there because they had to wait for her to bring out food. When I went down to check-out I was waiting for the Manager to ask how my stay was, but the question was not asked. She didn't care or it at least seemed that way. I did not even get a receipt from her. Comparing the 2 locations, one of them is doing it right and the other one needs to go down and look at the other one.
“Best Place to stay in Ohio”
I take my family on trips every year and this was one of the best yet! It was kinda hard to find but once we got there it was worth it. The outside was nicely done, the inside was clean and the carpet was too! I like to walk around w/ my shoes off! Feel like a home away from home. They always had towels available by the pool and in the rooms. Breakfast was always plentiful. I would refer others here if in the area as well as stay there again if I'm ever in the area again!
“nice clean & kinda hidden”
hotel was very nice, was right off the highway but set up so it didnt feel as so. hotel was clean and room seemed clean but once in our room we found a straight pin on the floor and then a week or two old corsage in the mini fridge. which kinda made me wondr if they're not cleaning the fridge what else are they not cleaning. overall not a bad place to stay
“Clean and Comfortable”
Our room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the little sittting area. It was nice to have a little extra room. Beds were comfortable. Mini fridge was a plus! Would have liked to have more regular coffee and cream! One small pot and 2 coffee condiment packages (1 for each adult in the room) is never enough.
“This hotel was okay.”
We were on a three day trip including a Reds game along with Kings Island. The room was cramped and had a peculiar odor to the room. The positive is that we did not spend a lot of time in the room. Breakfast was okay but nothing outstanding.
“Good Find”
Great hotel, I was pleased that the room had a microwave, living area and bedroom area. I wish there were more blankets though.
“Mason's Best”
This hotel was very nice. Wish we could have taken advantage of the free breakfast, since it smelled so good. Beds were so comfortable, we slept in.
“Very nice”
For the price, you really can't beat it. It was clean, convenient, spacious and everything in it (refrigerator, TV's, etc.) worked. Pretty quiet. Beds were comfortable. Just a nice, not fancy place. My only complaint would be that there weren't very many parking spaces in the front of the building. There were plenty in the back, but there was no entrance in the back, so if you came in any later than 10:00 at night, you had to walk from the back parking lot to either the somewhat isolated side entrances or all the way around to the front door. It was in a very nice neighborhood, but that aspect of things didn't feel too secure.
“Big room, nice staff; had an excellent stay.”
Big room, nice staff; had an excellent stay. This hotel is easier to find with GPS. Staff members I dealt with were very courteous, one even staying an extra half hour past breakfast hours to make sure all guests were taken care of. The pool is on the smaller side, but if you're traveling for business, that's just fine. Rooms have WIRED internet, but a nice desk to sit at. Hotel is also near most shopping: Best Buy, Target, Kohl's, Meijer's. On the flip side, this area gets extremely congested after 5PM. Overall I would recommend a stay here; no problems whatsoever for me.
