I was worried what kind of hotel this would be because the price was so good. It was so neat and clean, in a nice neighborhood, the entire staff was extremely friendly, the free breakfast with "make your own waffles" was a big hit with our kids, we couldnt ask for anything better for that price. I would highly recommend it if your just looking for a clean and decent place to stay.

Hotel staff are always pleasant, room set up conducive to working comfortably. close to Grand Finale restaurant (yum), free breakfast is all carbs, but there is always decaf coffee available; easy access to freeway

I picked this hotel based on price and location and was very pleased to find how nice it was. If I had occasion to return to the area, I'd stay here again.

“Great Place to Stay”

Very cute and quaint. We stayed here for a couple of nights during our visit to Kings Island. There was a good distance between the Inn, the hotel, the amusement park, and local eateries. The staff was very nice, there was free Wi-fi, good cable, our room was up-to-date decor-wise and they provided a complimentary breakfast (that we didn't partake in). 2 good nights of sleep at an affordable rate - I could say that I would recommend this place.

“Excellent place to stay”

We have stayed here before, but this time we were even more impressed (didn't think that was possible!) This hotel is VERY clean, the staff is friendly and it is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to many attractions/dining areas. The beds are very comfortable, the microwave is large, the stove top is perfect for grilling up a cheese sandwich and the rooms are quiet. I can't stress that enough. If you get a room with a kitchenette, you can turn on the exhaust fan over the range for added white noise. This is our go-to hotel.

“Very nice for the price”

I spent one night while travelling. The hotel is conveniently located just off interstate 75. The room was very nice. The bed and sheets were good quality, everything was very clean, excellent choice of TV stations, and a great (hot, good water pressure) shower the next morning. The property was well maintained and staff were friendly. I didn't get a chance to swim in the pool but it looked just as nice in reality as it does in the pictures (a rarity in my experience). The breakfast was nothing special - standard motel fair of cereal, toast, bagels, etc... Definitely a good choice if you need to stay in the area.

I couldn't of been happier with my stay. I was so pleased with the condition of the room. Very clean. I enjoyed the nice continental breakfast. Thank you- will be back again... Kudos to the Livinn Suites..
