“Good Place!”

This hotel was great. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and quick. My only complaint is that the ceiling paint had a patch missing. Overall, the room was sparkling clean and an excellent value.

Overall very good. Pleasant people at the desk as well as at the breakfast. Room was spotless, neat, and comfortable. Only negative was the pervasive smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways and the elevator.

This hotel was average. Nothing great, nothing terrible. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, tv nice. Continental breakfast ok. Staff friendly and helpful.
“Clean and Decent Stay”
Good location to downtown cincinnati area and Paul Brown Stadium...The room was clean and presentable with a comfort king size bed and lots of pillows...I have a bed bug phobia and immediately stripped the bed of all sheets and blankets to check the bed thoroughly for bugs or uncleaniness in which I found everything in tact. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that the hotel had no fitness center, pool or any leisure activities apart from the wireless internet which was great. The furniture and tv in the room was somewhat older but in good working condition. The carpet in the hallways was old and in need of a really good cleaning or replacement. Overall we had a pretty decent stay.
“OK”
There was not enough adequate entrances to the hote, the carpet was dirty and the rooms smelled. There are no restaurants open that are close by to get something to eat late at night and there are no refridgerators in the room. I think the rooms are a little over priced for the ammenities that they have to offer. If your looking for a 1 night stay it is OK.
“close to Mercy”
This hotel was close to the hospital and worked out fine for us.
