Location: Coney Island
Overall hotel seemed better than average, but lack of amenities was disappointing: no fridge, no microwave, no continental breakfast and no warning about these three shortfalls. Fridge was critical to me because of meds that needed to be kept cold - hotel staff said they would see if a fridge was available (there are some in their suites) but I never heard back from them.

Pros: clean, quiet, comfortable bed, good towels
Cons: mini refrigerators and microwaves
Although the rooms are without refrigerators they brought me one for the duration of my stay. Since I dont eat in restaurants that was a relief for me.

Pros: There was nothing at this hotel not to like. All the amenities you could ask for. The staff was outstanding and helpful.
Cons: If it ain't broke don't fix it.
Location: WE were here to attend to our granddaughters wedding in Covington. Other than that we did not visit anyplace else.
The hotel was clean, comfortble, staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was cleannnnnn and well appointed with comfort in mind. The hotel dining room was what you wanted but did not expect it here. Were we ever wrong. The food was wonderfully prepared and served, as well as served with 'a smile'. We would definitely stay at this hotel in the future and we would also eat at the restaurant.

Pros: convenient distance to Creation Museum
Cons: functional elevators (without the noise) cleaner rooms, better smell friendlier staff, faster service
Pictures online are much better....than actual hotel. Lay-out not very consumer friendly, long walk to rooms. Noisy & loud elevators; musky smelling rooms, no fridge, 1h wait for additional towels broken iron board. We neither ate dinner (too pricy), nor ate breakfast since it was a Ghost town feel.... We'd rather got in the car and found us a nice place to sit down and enjoy a nice meal. Sorry, last time Holiday Inn for us.

Cons: Having microwave and Refrigerator in the room
Location: Location was not too far from Downtown Cincinnati...Very close to Paul Brown Stadium
The hotel was outstanding. Food was great. The staff were very kind and courteous. Over all it was a good experience. There was a very nice swimming pool. I was a little disappointed that there was not complimentary breakfast and also there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room.

Great Hotel... Terrible Restaurant...

I was impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and Hotel Staff... The only exception was the Hotel restaurant which was over priced and with poor service.... $13.00 for a limited buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner started at about $10.00 and went as high as $32.00 for a steak dinner... We waited almost 15 min to be seated in a completely empty restaurant, 10 min for our ice tea to be dilivered, then and additional 35 minutes for a Buger and a Cobb salad... People who came in after us was treated the same way... We were definitely not pleased or impressed and ate the rest of our meals at either Ralleys or Subway accross the street.... When this incident was reported to the Restaurant and Hotel Management... They did not seem to be concerned... All they stated was "Sorry"...

This was a great hotel for the price. The restaurant inside has a great breakfast buffet. The pool was open longer than normal hours.
