“Will definitely return . . . .”

This was an amazing historic hotel. It was built in 1929/30 and has been restored for the most part to this period. Our room was small, but very clean and very well appointed with nice amenities. Everyone was very eager to be of service. The only reason I couldn't say extremely satisfied with the service was because one server in the bar in the evening was very curt to us and to another table of 4 gentlemen when we asked for water with our cocktails - BUT - everyone else in the hotel and in the city made up for it! Our package included breakfast vouchers. It was a very good breakfast but the food could have been hotter. There was a lot of choice, eggs, meat, hash browns, pancakes, waffles, yoghurt, fruit and a toast station. My husband is a fan of the Cincinnati football team and we plan to go back during the season and will definitely stay here again. And, ladies, it's right across the street from Macy's. Just a note about Cincinnati in general - I found it difficult to get tourist information - so if you want to do something specific, do your research before you go. Thanks to the people I met in my home city for local restaurant recommendations.

I was not there long enough to use any of their facilities except the room but it was one of the nicest I have stayed in. They asked upon my arrival if I preferred a upper or lower floor and I chose an upper floor. The view was magnificent of the river and stadiums. The 2 queen beds were the most comfortable I have ever experienced during a hotel stay. The only negative thing I found was the parking. The hotel parking was full and upon returning to the hotel late in the evening I was a little uncomfortable walking from my car to the hotel. I can't comment on the food as I did not eat at the hotel. I look forward to my next stay to try more of the hotels facilities.

“Great location, very comfortable room”

This hotel had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel. Room was smallish (I didn't check in until 4:00 a.m. so I think I was probably given one of the last available smoking rooms) but well appointed (desk, separate table and 2 chairs, nightstand, etc.). Everything was clean, bathroom was well-equipped (their toiletries - La Source by Crabtree & Evelyn smell AWESOME) and the cleanest I've had in a hotel in quite some time. The concierge arranged for an in-room massage - very good and very reasonable rate. The Gym was convenient and the best of any hotel I've been to (it's open to public membership too - so really big). Great stay, will stay there again, and would recommend the same to anyone else!

“Beautiful Vintage Hotel”

I was impressed with this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommadating. The decore of the lobby and restaurant was beautiful. I enjoyed the history of the famous guests of yesteryear. The room was fine and the bed very comfortable. The inside skywalk was great when it rained. I was there for a Convention at the Duke Center and the location was literally half a block away. I had theee best BLT Salad in the restaurant!! I would love to know what kind of dressing that was.

“Outstanding Accomodation”

Our stay at this hotel was marvelous. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Expedia reservation was changed from 1 king to a double without any hassle. Beds are the most comfortable I have slept in. Rooms are very clean. Bathroom is small but that is a minor point. I've only stayed in one nicer hotel (5-star hotel).
