We got in a bit late, so didn't check out the pool or gym facilities; but the room was clean, quiet, and the staff very pleasant. I was very happy with the breakfast area--kept very clean, and well-stocked. The breakfast started early enough for us to eat on the weekend before we had to leave for our activity--I was happy about this, as usually breakfasts at hotels start too late for us on the weekends. Breakfast included omelets, sausage, oatmeal with toppings, waffle maker with two different types of batter, various breads & muffins, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, bananas, apples, juices, and some cold cereals (maybe more--that's what I remember!). I'm happy with our stay, and will look to book again if we are in the area in the future. :)

The blackout curtains only cover 2/3 of the windows so the extremely bright security lights outside were shining directly into our room all night. Front desk staff nonresponsive to our complaints.

Construction to get into hotel. Dusty and lots of congestion. Curtains in the room are a little worn. Chair is worn and stained. Door to the bathroom slides into closet door interferes with any clothes you have hanging up. I guess they saved money on 1 door???

Room was very small, pool was super dirty. Front desk called my room 5 times while i was trying to soothe my baby back to sleep bc the connecting room Complained she was crying. Elevators are crap, very old and jumpy. For a hampton def expected a better kept facility.

Clean and easy
Very clean hotel, breakfast each morning was excellent and available until 10AM. The hotel is very close to Meijer and restaurant options and is an easy-on-and-off to local highways.

I was not impressed with the check in process. We arrived at 3:10 pm. I had three rooms booked. I was given one room immediately upon arrival. However, it took 50 minutes to receive our other two rooms. I was told it would take 30 minutes to receive those rooms, which was already later than check in time. The lady at the front desk did not have an accomodating attitude. When asked how much longer it was going to take she simply said they only had one cleaning lady available. While I understood that, the additional waiting time caused us to have to delay our evening plans, which was a huge inconvenience.

The staff was friendly and the rooms has amenities that other chains don't offer. Parking was a bit difficult, but that was due to another hotel was being construction. The downside was the price was a bit steep. I may have been able to find a location with a better price, but didn't research as well as I should.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with quick access to major freeways. It was always straightforward to get to different parts of the Cincinnati area. Most hotels in the area offer no-smoking rooms, but this hotel listed itself as a non-smoking facility, which we appreciated, and we didn't smell any cigarette smoke in our room or the public areas. The staff was very helpful.

Staff was friendly and the place was clean. However the property & room is VERY basic. Gym is not much more than a closet with a broken treadmill. The area around the hotel is under construction, so it's kind of a mess.

Hotel sat beside a construction (destruction?) of another building and parking lot was a mess. Also, several times the evening shift front desk clerk was nowhere to be found. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay with comfortable beds and clean room.

The room was very clean and large . This hotel seems almost brand new. Many smart features, Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. The breakfast was better by far than most of it’s kind, I will stay here again when on the east side of Cinci.
