“Wish we could go back this weekend!!”

My family and I LOVE Great Wolf Lodge!! This was our 3rd trip and we can't wait to GO BACK!! We went with another family so there was 8 of us. Our first rm had an air conditioning problem, but they quickly switched rooms for us and were very quick and courteous. I can't say enough about how great this place is. I only wish we they offered season passes and that it was cheaper or that they offered my incentives to return guests!!! You will not regret taking your family to the Great Wolf Lodge in Mason, Ohio!

“Great deal”

We have three girls from 5 to 10 years old and really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious. We got the base rate room, as we didn't plan on spending much time in the room, and outside of sleeping and eating we were at the water park from check in until 4pm the following day. We were very happy with the two day waterpark pass, which is unlike other nearby indoor water parks for which you have to pay to get in the day you check out.

“Great Getaway”

Went for a 3 day mini-vacation with family and friends, where we shared a suite. It was awesome. Lots of things for the whole family to do without leaving the lodge. The only draw back is the high prices at the resturaunts, stores and cafes. The buffet was resonable and the food was good, however the bar and grill was over priced and our waitress was horrible. One note, the lodge does not offer any type of shuttle service anywhere including the theme park next door, so it is a very long hot walk with no shade in sight to get to the park that is literally in it's backyard. That was rough on our children and us older folks to hike back and forth from lodge to park and back. I think they would benefit from offering some type of transportation for the convenience of their guests. Also the indoor water park kept all the kids and adults entertained all three days.

“We took 4 kids all 12 years old and it could not have been any better. We loved it.”

I am a 70 year old grandma and great grandma and I rode every one of the inside tunnel rides - It was a once in a lifetime experience. Had a ball.

“Wonderful family time!!!”

We went to the lodge for a family get together with my three boys and 17 year old niece. We all had a wonderful time. The magic quest although a little pricey was a great time by all and kept the kids busy for a long time when we were not at the water park.

“Lots of Fun”

We(myself, spouse and 2 children ages 8 & 6)went over to Mason for a short spring break getaway. We checked in on Sunday around 2pm and stayed until late Monday night. The hotel and waterpark are fantastic. There really is quite a bit to do. Unfortunately the only problem that we found during our stay was that the facility is overpriced and understaffed. Ex.- We paid 5 dollars for a 2 liter of Pepsi! Other things-snack bars/bars had very slow service r/t high volume and poor staffing. Otherwise we all had a great time and were quite tired/waterlogged and ready to come home. We would definitely go back and reccomend it to others.
