“Great hotel! Would stay there again!”
I would have probably rated all 5's, but while we stayed there the hotel was under renovations, where a few issues arised. There were several of the workers that ate at the free continental breakfast that oogled at the female guests and then made comments about in Spanish (unbeknownst to them, my husband speaks spanish and heard what was said about me specifically). Our room had not been renovated, but it was still nice, however the carpet could have used daily vacuuming, which definitely didn't occur. I don 't think anyone else would have these issues, since I'm sure they are done with the renovations, so I would not hesitate to go back. The most comfortable beds and pillows of any hotel I have ever been in and the free breakfast is good (as long as they haven't run out of the food, which happened to us as well). If you like to work out, the hotel also has a contract with the Urban Fitness center that lets you work out at their facility for free, as long as you show your room card key. We used that every day, which was nicer than the hotel fitness room. We stayed at a different hotel in the area previously and we were so much happier with the Fairfield Inn. Very good place to stay!
