“Extended Stay Sharonville”

Hotel was very clean and modern, however there is a train nearby which can be heard and will wake you up at night. There was also no creamer or sugar for the coffee that was provided in the room. Overall it's a nice hotel.

“Last minute choice”

The hotel was easy to find and the service was a ten plus, but the room had spider webs throughtout the room. Also, the sheet wouldn't fit over the mattress and the comforter was dirty. Yet, my overall stay was good.

“Not bad, but not great”

The hotel is ok. Very old and kind of run down. The room is nothing special, but not bad. There is an Extended Stay right around the corner that has been remodeled and is much nicer, just without a pool. I meant to book at that one and was very upset I booked the wrong hotel. I will make SURE not to stay here again when the other one is so much nicer. The staff is friendly, the building is just old. The pool was closed until it 'cleared up', so we were unable to use it during our stay. Not an awful hotel for the money, but i recommend staying around the corner at the other Extended Stay. You only get about 15 TV channels, and 4 of them are ESPN.

“office does not open at 7am”

I came to the office at 7am to check out, it was still closed. Office shuould open at 7am. I left my key in the mail box.

“This was first time with Extended Stay America and won't go back.”

My main stay (Hampton Inn) was not in this area so thought I'd try Extended Stay. I found (Extended Stay) to be the most rundown and dirty room of the last several stays of many different hotel brands. If you must stay at Extended Stay.... do as I did and get a package of Lysol disinfecting wipes to wipe down the surfaces, phone, handles etc.

“I won't go back to this one”

1) My room, which was supposed to be a smoke-free room, smelled like smoke. 2) There was some dance or bar establishment next to the motel which was so loud we could hear the music/bass inside our room until late at night. 3) There were lots of screaming people outside until late at night and then there was some kind of loud argument outside our room. 4) I paid for internet access and could only access it once--all other attempts were denied and what I paid for was for the whole stay. The desk clerk and some other person visiting with her when we got there to check in both seemed to intimate that the Blue Ash Extended Stay America was somehow worse than her own establishment. However, I would recommend the Blue Ash ESA any day over this particular one--I'll go back there next year.

“Decent for the price”

The hotel was conveniently located. You get exactly what you pay for. Overall about a 2 rating. On Saturday night there is a club nearby that plays loud music and can be heard through the hotel walls. Decent place to stay for one night when you don't care about comfort or luxury or impressing anyone.
