“Good for the price and convient to Kings Island”

The toilet roll was off the wall, the fridge was turned off and the under the bed hadn't been cleaned. However, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and the price was right. It also was only 10 minutes from Kings Island which is where I wanted it.

“Was disappointing!”

I have stayed in Extended Stays before and usually like them, but this one was very dirty (the bathroom & kitchen too) and I was VERY disappointed! It was a deal, price-wise, but I don't think I would stay there again.

“Nice area, clean efficent accomodation”

Blue Ash is about 25 minutes North of Cincinnati, It is a very nice neighbourhood and extremely quiet at night (which is brilliant for a great nights sleep!) The rooms are fairly small but adequate and contain a fridge, microwave, two stove burners (no oven) and a coffee machine. There is a frying pan and a saucepan a few implements including can opener, two plates, bowls and cups. I stayed for ten days. The laundry gets changed once a week ($10 each time you want another room clean/laundry change although you can get a quick clean up for $5). This was fine with me. There is nothing I hate more than being afraid of sleeping in too late and being disturbed by the housekeeper or feeling that you have to get up so they can do their job! You can even organise which day they service your room (if you are staying over a week of course). The staff are friendly, non invasive and are always there if you need anything. There is a DIY laundry area too. There is free parking at this establishment and renting a car is essential when staying at this hotel. it is very near the main interstate to Cincinnati. The Tri-county Mall is about 5 miles away where you can get ample free parking and a variety of eateries and shops. I recommend this establishment to you, if like me, you like a bit of independance and the option to cook if you wish to or have the breakfast you want in your own hotel room (bought by you of course!)

“Cannot recommend”

I stayed one night, and that was enough for me. I did not expect much because of the low price, but thought I might be surprised since the reviews were so good. First, the hotel smelled like smoke and must. Second, many teenagers and children were hanging out in the rear of the hotel, and running in the halls until at least 1:00 am when I finally fell asleep. Third, the crowd at the hotel, and walking near it, appeared pretty unsavory. I was worried that my car might end up vandalized or stolen, and ended up leaving in a hurry at 7:00 am the following morning. I'm sorry I could not say much good, especially since the desk clerk seemed like a nice guy. But, I would stay away unless you are in need of the cheapest hotel, smoke, carry a weapon, and have a crappy car.

“Low Price - Lousy Bed”

The room itself was adequate. However the bed was not comfortable. The mattress was stiff as a board and there was only one anemic pillow per person.

“Clean but not exciting”

The people were very nice and helpful, but definitely low budget hotel. For an "extended stay" kind of place, you'd hope there would be better design and amenities to make the prolonged stay more comfortable, but the shower was tiny, bad sink/bathroom design, flimsy bed/bedcovers. All could have probably been forgiven given how clean it generally was, but the room smelled of chemical-y. Probably better places to save money for a hotel.

“NOT a business hotel”

Extended Stay Blue Ash, OH. Smelly, welfare motel promoted as a business hotel. No way. People are LIVING there. Kids riding bikes in the parking lot. SMELLS in the halls. No "workstation" as advertised.... it was a table and chair. The bed... lol.... cheapest thing ever. Hard, coily, "double" size bed, no pillow top, no mattress cove; just a thin old sheet. Amenities included ONE blanket. TWO towels, and a BAR of soap. Shower was not even full sized. If it wasn't 11pm when I checked in after a 10 hour drive, and had an 830am meeting the next day, I would have went somewhere else. Immediately checked out the next day. I do not recommend!

“Great Value”

The price was very reasonable so we were not expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised. Nice location and very clean room and grounds. We will stay there again
