“Best Hotel in Blue Ash”

Nice clean friendly Hotel, Staff great,can't do enough to help.Excellent service in restauarant and bars.Would recommend anybody to stay here.

“great experience overall, but free breakfast busy on weekends”

The free breakfast lines seemed long (omelet)and continuous on the weekend and the sitting area was crowded. This led to some rudeness on people having to save tables and borrow chairs from other tables. Embassy could expand the area with more tables. The breakfast buffet line was short and quick however, but still had crowded area or you had to wait for family member who went through omelet line. On Monday morning the breakfast experience was great, no crowd or line. They also could use a rear entrance to access large parking lot in back.

“Pleasant stay”

We were vacationing with our 2 granddaughters and enjoyed the 2 room suite privacy. The room was comfortable and clean but looks like it needs to be updated soon. Our only complaint was that we stayed there for 3 nights and saw many different staff members at the front desk. Not one of them was very friendly and instead seemed bothered with our questions or requests.

“Decent breakfast, small pool”

Hotel was nice, bit of an odd atrium in the middle with a stream with fish and turtles, but whatever floats your boat. Breakfast was the traditional US fare but with quite a few healthier options, lots of fruit was available, cereals, buns etc. Clearly not a new building but fine. The pool is very small and only really suitable for playing with the kids rather than serious exercise. Gym is fine all the usual things.

“Good value and service”

For the most part, the staff was very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was handled very well, and the food was excellent. The only complaint I have is the $4.95/ day charge for the use of wireless internet. Most hotels in this catagory don't charge, and it left me feeling that I was being nickled and dimed.

“Would definitely stay again”

We had a great stay. Beautiful hotel with very clean rooms. Breakfast was great. Kids enjoyed the pool. Was conveniently located close to the attractions we visited. Would definitely stay again.

“Great hotel for the price!”

Hotel is nice, but is a little bit dated. Overall a great place to stay for a good nights sleep and a good morning breakfast. We were very happy with our stay and would stay there again if the price was the same.

“Thats our cincinatti hotel”

We have stayed at the Embassy suites a number of times and will go back. Its family friendly and well maintained. This is the first time we found the pool to be dirty. We stayed 2 nights and the second night the kids were able to swim, the pool was great. Happy hour and Breakfast are wonderfull. Almost no need to go out in fact we ordered in both nights. We always enjoy our time there and will be back.

“Comfy stay, good food.”

Great Breakfast, very nice, large rooms. Interior is dated and needs to be updated (wallpaper, art, etc). Beds very comfy, rooms clean. Manager's reception very nice! Good assortment of snack foods, easily could be early supper.

“Needs renovation”

Hotel is in bad need of renovation, stained toilet seat, chewing gum used to glue bathroom door, broken hair-dryer... Fitness room was very nice though and the service is always good at Hilton
