The room lloked modern. Had a fridge but no microwave. The outside (curbside view) does not look well maintained. An awning skeleton archeover an entrance that has not been used in a long time.

The floor was cracked and peeling, the shower head was maybe 5.5 feel above the tub, my 6ft boyfriend had to hunch over to shower. Really bad musty smell that hit you bad when you walked in the room.

I stayed here for two nights and the weather was too cold(in 30 degrees range) and the heater was not working. When I complained it took 2 hrs to send the mechanic and that guy just gave me a portable heater which didnt worked efficiently and i slept in the room under cold . they didnt even bothered to change my room. also the bathroom shower worked too slow and it was tough to take bath .

I enjoyed my stay. The room was great. My only dislike was that each of the people working the desk were disengaged and seemed bored. They should learn to be friendly and not seem brain dead.

It was very comfortable and quiet. The only problem I had was that there was no refrigerator or microwave, due to remodeling. There should be NEW ones there by now though, from what the staff told me. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will most likely return someday.

Great stay!
Excellent stay. Clean, xomfortable stay. Breakfast a little more limited than I would like and rhw automatic hallway lights needed a small time change adjustment, but my check in was great with a fantastic clerk. Room better than epected. I will be back soon!

The hotel is conveniently located next to the highway so some noise is expected. The room was large and clean, though the amenities were limited. No fridge in the room. The toilet seat wasn't stable (one anchor was broken). The wifi was terrible. Front desk staff were pleasant and there are many stores and restaurants nearby.

My boyfriend and I went to Cincinnati to go to a concert and stayed at this hotel. We ordered pizza before the concert and had some leftover, so we left it in the table (since there was mini fridge) and when we got back from the concert, our pizza was COVERED IN ANTS. The pizza, the table, the floor. Ants. Everywhere. Don’t stay here.

The staff was nice. That’s honestly the only thing I can compliment. The room had the facade of niceness. The beds were like throwing a blanket over open springs. The floor wasn’t clean, and the room smelled weird, like they were trying to cover something up. The outside looked awful. When I drove up I tried to cancel the booking before even going in. I was told by Expedia that I wouldn’t receive any refund. So, I tried to live with it. I should have just paid for another hotel. I couldn’t sleep at all.

Rooms had been updated (poorly) but the facility itself is in rather bad shape and in need of repair. That said it was inexpensive and safe and for the most part comfortable. Abandoned Tavern attached to the building is an eyesore and quite a shame something isnt being done with it.

the first room they sent us to had not been cleaned yet, so they had to find us another room. the second room was usable, though there was dust/dirt on the toilet. the toilet seat was not entirely attached. the bathroom door would not shut properly.
