“Excellent otel”

Everything was great. The pool, breakfast, the room. The only thing I would change was to have a fresher coat of paint in the room.

Very satisfied with this hotel. Close to everything, quiet, clean and seemed safe. Very reasonable for a family and it includes a nice simple breakfast and indoor pool.

We booked the Baymont Suites because of its close proximity to Kings Island. I expected an okay hotel; usually was is found near amusement parks, but was pleasantly surprised at the room we got. We had a wonderful king size bed in a large, very nice, room. I would definitely stay here again on our next roller coaster trip!!

Could use a little more cleaning in the hallways and elevators. Friendlier people at the breakfast stand. Very friendly and helper attendant at the check in counter. Give her a raise..

“Average Inexpensive Hotel Close to Kings Island”

Great location! This hotel is only a couple of miles from the main gate to Kings Island, which is one of the primary reasons we chose this hotel. We went for a Labor Day getaway from the kids and didn't really want to spend a lot on a hotel. The Baymont was reasonably priced and offered some good amenities like a breakfast bar and indoor swimming pool/whirlpool. The food wasn't bad, they had some good waffles and bagels. The eggs and sausage were about what you would find in a convenient store selection...just average. The outside of the hotel needs some TLC (there was some trash on the ground, weeds growing, bushes overgrown). The inside was a little better, but could use some touching up here and there. The staff was polite and courteous for the most part, however when we arrived the hotel owner's family was congregating in the lobby area watching TV and then later the next day they seemed to be fighting over the TV in the dining area. They seemed to be hovering throughout the hotel which was a little weird. Other than that, we found the Baymont to be a good value for your money.

I was just staying a couple of day to take my granddaugther to Kings Island, it worked for us.

“Service Questionable”

There were no towels in the pool area. One mother went to the desk & they gave her 4 towels (there were approx 15 people in the pool) for the group. A short while later they brought in about 7-8 more. Waited @ the desk for many minutes several times for help. Ice maker on 3rd floor inoperable. Had to goto lobby or 2nd floor for ice. Forgot toothbrush & toothpaste...no comps on paste, just flimsy toothbrush. Breakfast was excellent. Had usual cold items for Continental Brkf & waffles, eggs & sausage.

“Dirty”

The room was dirty. The staff were unfriendly. I will not be staying here again.
