My boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Rosmari for a week. It was an ideal hotel for us overlooking the lake and away from the touristy, busy section of Lake Garda further south. We didn't have a car but had no problem getting up and down the lake on the bus which was only a short walk away. The nearby town had some lovely restaurants - as well as the one recommended to us at check in, it really can't be beaten on price and the service was excellent! The staff were extremely friendly and always happy to help. The only downside to the hotel is you have to pay for wifi, however, we were given a reduced rate at check in so only paid 5Eur for the whole week which wasn't too bad. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, breakfast was decent enough, the pool with lake view was stunning and we couldn't hear anything through the walls (though we are deep sleepers)! We would definitely stay again!

The hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant. I was given good advice about where to go and what to do.
I was surprised that for a 3* hotel that there were no toiletries in the bathroom. I expected the usual small package of basics but there was only showergel in the shower cubicle. There was no bathtub in my room but the shower was sufficent for a short break.
The breakfast was very good and fresh coffee is made on request which was lovely. The view of the lake and the mountains is beautiful.
The hotel is in the North East of the lake which is by far the more beautiful end, where the lake narrows and the Alpine terraine is more close and visable.
I would advise taking a car and making use of the free parking spaces as there is not much to do in the local area unless you have a car or at least a bike.
The private beach is a bonus with access to a pleasant part of the lake.
The room was comfortable and clean. It is not possible to control the temp if it gets too hot or too cold which is not ideal.
I had access to a balcony which enabled a wonderful retreat to watch the sunrise or sunset over the Garda.

What a fantastic place to stay, friendly family run hotel, with most accommodating staff.Food fresh and delicious,Pietro and Mamma Anna amazing and make a great team.all the staff were fantastic especially Monica and Jennifer always smiling and great with the children.we felt well cared for and important.
the area is beautiful and immaculate with a bakery, supermarket, deli and little toy shop.Transport to other areas very easy. we had the best time thanks all.
Location is great and the staff was very friendly. The bed was one where you can feel the springs and there was no A/C, which made sleeping impossible. Of course if the room was on the lake side there would have been a breeze. Not to mention, cooler weather would have made a difference as well. Overall, I recommend it because the price was very reasonable even though the bed was horrible and the room a sauna. But I was there for the lake and location was amazing.
