The hotel staffs are very accommodating. From the concierge, front desk, all day dining and the room service. All of them are committed to help their guest and always free to attend to any query. I am still here in China for my 12 days business visit and so far, the best hotel i have checked in is Sheraton Zhongshan. Comparing all of different hotel i have experienced, the Sheraton experience is simply the best.

Stayed here for 8 nights. The accommodation is excellent overall.
Pros: Clean, spacious and very pleasantly designed rooms, very friendly and helpful staff (especially Pinky at the downstairs bar and the lovely lady that managed the business centre), the nice big shower and bath, good downtown location, decent buffet breakfast, great Italian restaurant, decent business facilities, good gym, and complimentary port transfers.
Cons: Lifts often took forever - appears to be no logic at all to their configuration (two would often stop at the same floor to pick up one guest); Japanese restaurant (recommend against any sushi); gym was hot with inadequate cooling.
Great location, with excellent pick-up and return shuttle bus and car services to the ferrt terminal for Hong Kong, Macao and Hong Kong airport. Lovely hotel, great facilities and very friendly and professional staff. Looking forward to returning in about 7 weeks' time.
