“Beautiful rooms and great location!”

We loved out two night at the Heritage Hotel Christchurch. It is located across from the Cathedral and Cathedral Square. It's an easy walk to shopping, restaurants, Museum and Botanical Gardens. The rooms are very well done. Ask for a Cathedral view is possible.

“Would go back any day”

This was such a nice place to stay - great room, valet parking, close to everything we wanted to do downtown - that we came back and cancelled a different hotel to stay here again.

“All we hoped for”

The Heritage is right in the middle of Christchurch & well placed to explore the city. Our room was very large indeed as was the bed & we were generally very impressed with the hotel (despite having chosen to spend most of our trip in boutique bed & breakfasts). It was a pleasant surprise. The staff were extremely courteous & helpful & we could not have asked for more. I would certainly go back there & recommend it to our friends.

“Affordable Luxury”

Service was first class. I was given a loft style room with raised sleeping area in the historic section next to the main building. For my last night in New Zealand this made for a great end to my holiday.

“Extremely Satisfied with this hotel”

We only stayed at this hotel for one night but when we arrived they had upgraded us to a one bedroom penthouse suite which was very luxurious. We had a beautiful city view and the staff was very friendly and kind to us. The location is right in the center of town and just off Cathedral Square. We have no idea what a regular room would be like in this hotel but we enjoyed our stay in the penthouse!

“Excellent Choice”

I've stayed at the Heritage 5-6 times over the past two years and always had an excellent experience. Good location and great facility with helpful staff.

“Very good city centre location”

A very good city centre location right on Cathedral Square. The staff were very accomodating when it came to parking our van outside the hotel. Only downside is the pool needs refurbishing.

I am so impressed I am recommending this hotel and it's sister hotel in Queenstown to my tour company. Neat, clean, classy, roomy, excellent staff.
