Dear Sir/Madame, We thank you for your feedback, we are sorry for the inconvenient of the restaurant, but regarding our sunday schedule, i have to point out that even we are close for (only) 3 hours we are totally at guest's disposal, because the c.e.o. is always present, moreover guests are free to go in and out from the second entrance......are you sure our hotel is the only one which closes reception in certain ours??????

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay here, unfortunately being in downtown means the hotel could be noisy during the day, at night though there's no traffic and many people said the hotel is very quiet and peaceful at night. We are so sorry for the AC, you might have told us because AC is perfectly working. During the day we turn AC engines off, we are sorry if we didn't turn them on...it has been a lack! Good morning, We thank you for your kind opinion, as you could see we are trying to emprove and keep the good reputation the Hotel has had for years. We are a young management and we are renovating the hotel for that purpose. Yes, it's true that Parking is not completely free due to the market (once a week), but in front of the hotel you can also leave your car freely and not paying for it by putting an hotel card in the car, we also have free spaces in our courtyard. Next time you'll have the chance to come over here, we'll be glad to help you with finding an appropriate parking space. Gent.mo Sig. Scarda,"Servizio di ricevimento 16 ore su 24, e disponibilità di un addetto per le ore restanti. Pulizia delle camere una volta al giorno" questo è un articolo tratto da FEDERALBERGHI, pertanto mi auguro le sia sufficiente ad estinguere i suoi dubbi alla SPORADICA apertura della reception.Per quanto riguarda la camera... le ho fatto il check in personalmente, mi ha fatto notare che l'aria condizionata era spenta ed in un attimo sono venuto in camera a farle vedere come accenderla.Se avesse visto da subito la camera sporca, poteva farmelo presente, non esitiamo cambiare camera a coloro che hanno problemi con la camera.Pertanto mi chiedo Lei con chi abbia parlato.Ma detto ciò, la ringrazio per aver lasciato il suo feedback.Come avviene ormai da un pò, da spazio a questi grandi scrittori in erba; peccato non risolvere la questione al momento del check out anzichè dire che è andato tutto bene.Buona vita

Vi är glada att även restaurangen har varit av egen smak. Hur som helst, jag är ledsen att utsikten från ditt rum inte var bäst, men jag vill påminna dig om att hotellet ligger i det historiska centrumet och ... husen förstörs som du kallar henne, renoverar en historisk byggnad, tyvärr På det kan vi inte göra någonting. Gent.mo Sig Francesco, la ringraziamo per il Suo gentile commento, mi rammarico che la colazione non è stata al massimo delle sue pretese, ma come struttura tre stelle, abbiamo tutto ciò che un buffet all'italiana dovrebbe offrire, vi è infatti sia dolce che salato ed in più offriamo anche uova e bacon, che di solito trova in hotel di stelle superiori; speriamo di poterla accontentare e soddisfare qualora fosse nuovamente nostro ospite.
