“Best Stay in Chino Hills”

Was greeted by name since I was last expected to check in that night. Check in process was very quick and was given complimentary bottle of water. Room was in convenient location except it was on the Freeway side of the hotel so traffic noise was somewhat noticeable. Heater/AC unit was very loud for first few minutes of operation and would wake me up when it came on but I'm a light sleeper. Free breakfast was outstanding. Free breakfast to go bags were also available in the morning and free cookies offered in the evening. Business center was good. Also has very nice laundry room for guests and good fitness room. Some food items are available for purchase and a microwave is available in the breakfast room. Overall a good place to stay but I recommend asking for a room on the side away from the Freeway when you book.

“Disappointed”

We were very disappointed with our stay. This is a non smoking hotel yet the hall ways smelled like cigarettes. When we first arrived the hall ways smelled like dirty dog so bad I had to hold my breath. We were put in a room right next to the stairway and could here people walking up and down the stairs all night long.
