“okay experience”

it seemed to be quite an old hotel and the furnishings need updating - there is no a/c and the room seemed very stuffy when we first checked int. we also had a plugged drain in the shower. okay accommodation but really enjoyed the hot springs which were the main attraction!

“Satisfy afterall”

The hotel is a little bit old. The room has an old wood odor. However, the facility for the hotspring pools are wonderful. It was very relaxing. That had made up the difference.

“General”

Was good but families need to control their kids and be considerate of others. Loud and noisy in the mornings and a little overpriced. Other than that. No complaints.

“Is a choice but no choice ...”

The amenties is ok, but the hotel is whatsoever a bit old for some of the facilities like the my hotel room, gym room and game room. This hotel is still the hotest one now because of its scale and the comprehensiveness of its facilities comparing with the surrouding others. If there is another newer one with the same facilities, client would have their choices. Therefore, I cannot rank this hotel very high score.

“Average Hotel”

- The room is in serious need of renovation - Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly (Found some hair on the floor before using it) - Lakeside Cafe's dinner buffet was quite satisfying. - Spending time in the pools was satisfying.

“Old and dull”

Tiny room, limited recreational activities. Good for old couples and families with youngsters who don't mind soak all day in a pool. Won't go back even under a gun.

“Hot springs were very nice, but hotel was nothing to write home about!”

We stayed at Harrison for four nights. The staff at the hotel were generally unfriendly and snobbish. The room we stayed in was shabby, the pillows were lumpy, and the mattress was uncomfortable. We loved the hot springs, however; we might return for a shorter stay next time.

“Not impressed”

Too small room & bed. Room right next to the service elevator.

“Not the best for the area”

The hotel has two portions; one newer and one older. I was placed in the old part where the rooms have no air-conditioning. room size is very small, bathroom is very small. I would not return to this hotel unless I am assured of being placed in the newer part of the hotel.
