“right downtown”

Safe but your car might not be, kinda sketchy at night in the area but also right downtown so good restaurants nearby

“right downtown”

Excellent restaurant choices, Starbucks across the road, free parking and internet nice room

Area recommendations
Try Rustica restaurant a couple of blocks away for lunch or dinner (Italian) or Merles great for brunch or lunch (local)

“Can't wait to go back”

Every year, my dragonboat team goes to Harrison Hot Springs for the annual race. We usually stay at the resort. This year, I had to book late and really didn't want to pay the resort rates. I found this hotel and next year I'll be staying here. There was free parking, free wifi (and it worked well), and lots of restuarants nearby. It's only 12 miles to Harrison Hot Springs and the drive was no problem. The room was clean and very quiet. The beds are very comfortable. There is a wonderful view from the back of the hotel and the pool is very nice. Next year, I'll stay an extra night or two here and I'll still spend less than two nights in the resort.

“Not the best”

As soon as we got in our room the toilet was running. Called the the front desk but nobody ever came to fix it - we ended up fixing it every time it was flushed. Too bad we weren't informed of the big BMX tournament people staying at the hotel for the weekend - we would have either driven to our home in the Okanagan or just found another hotel - very noisy people. Also someone left their dog yelping in their room for hours - front desk people didn't seem to care too much when we complained. When we checked out they asked how our stay was and I told them - all they said was "I heard something about a dog yelping" and that was it. Not too professional.

“Great hotel in central location”

Great central location and easy to find. Hotel is adjacent to a pond which has ducks & geese so it is interesting to watch them from your room or the restaurant in the hotel.

“Great Stay in Chilliwack”

The New Coast Hotel turned out to be much nicer than we expected. Very warm and new furnishings looked great - the hotel lobby bar was a nice feature as well. Definitely would stay here again......

“The place to stay in Chilliwack”

We have staye dart this hotel three times in the past 2 months. Every time we have been satisfied with the room and the service. it is our hotel of choice when we return to Chilliwack.
