“Friendly staff”

There was renos going on during our stay...but it wasn't too bad. The staff is amazing and very positive about the renos. We could hear the people in the pool it didn't bother us. It was quiet by 930. Just ask not to be above the pool if it matters to you. The breakfast is amazing :)

“Family friendly hotel....great breakfasts and a POOL....”

This hotel is under construction.....and the staff are very helpful and pleasant to help everyone through the transition. We were very comfortable in our stay there. I noticed that two different families .... grandparents with young grandchildren and a single dad with 3 teenage sons chose this hotel....because breakfast was substantial and there is a POOL. The price of the rooms is very reasonable. The location is convenient with respect to Highway 1. I am looking forward to staying here again when the front entrance is completed. It is a family friendly hotel.

Area recommendations

Aldergrove is a village with a very friendly atmosphere. At Christmas they have displays in the village center and music is piped through speakers along the village streets.

“So relaxing”

“Excellent!”

Beginning to show its age but reno's are under way. Exceptional service, great breakfast and free movie rentals. Rooms are very clean and comfy. Best value we found in 7 nights of motel rooms in Washington state and BC.

“Not impressed, rude checkout service.”

The clerk when we were checking out was rude. Until this experience the hotel was okay. If you expectations are not to high it is fine. They were overwhelmed with the number of people at breakfast on Sunday. What is the point of the parking surcharge, if it is needed include it. It seems to just be a scam to add charges on top of the base rate.

“Well worth it!”

We booked this based on the other reviews and were not disappointed. The only thing was that the elevator had not been put in yet (and was under construction). Wouldn't be a big deal if we hadn't packed such heavy suitcases). Great service and they really seemed interested in making our stay the best possible. They even had a free DVD rental program. The pool and hot tub were great! We would definitely go back.

“Amazing hotel!!! great with kids.”

amazing hotel room. pool open later then expected and amazing continental breakfast, the hot waffle station my kids loved. and there is always coffee even down in the lobby. the maids when they made the beds even folded the kids blankies and set up their stuffies. A+++ love to stay again. also the free movies where awsome along with the dvd player in the room and it had a kitchenette too. great price for an amazing room

“More Than Excellent....”

We checked into The Best Western Country Meadows, on May 22, 2010 and left May 24th 2010. The staff was extremely helpful with ideas of how to get around Vancouver. The staff was very courteous. They went way and beyond! The breakfast was top notch, as well as the all day coffee. And the spa and the pool were awesome. The beds were exceptional! As were the pillows, the girls we in awe, of the set up! Also a kitchen in the room was an added bonus! Thanks!
