Comfortable room, poor breakfast
The room was clean and comfortable. I liked being able to park right next to the room. The breakfast had much to be desired. It wasn't worth going to it the 2nd stay. It didn't have hardly anything available.

I want to begin by saying that my wife and I just needed a bed to sleep in as we didn't plan on being at the hotel other than to sleep. But, we both found it disconcerting when we pulled up and they had wooden entertainment centers, upholstery chairs, and dresser pieces rotting away outside the front office (front and back). The location looked deserted and my wife turned to me and asked, "Are they open? Was there a fire here and they're closed?" They were open, and had very kind staff. But, this place in need of major gut job. I felt that it was somewhat clean. But, is hard to clean decades of mold and grime off a shower tile and keep it away (mold around the bathtub joints and fixtures). Between the truck stop traffic (truck horns at 2 am both nights) and being right next door to the freeway, it was a tad noisy. But, you get what you pay for... a warm place to sleep. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Would consider staying again if they remodeled and made the location a little more ADA friendly.

Bates motel
Was there for a festival waited til the last minute to book. Upon checking in there was a wash cloth from the previous person on cracked shower rod. The smell of the room was awful. The stains on the wall by the bed and ceiling were very noticable. I know they are not fancy hotel and didn't pay a lot but basic cleaning was expected not fancy rooms. The chaulk in the bathroom has black stuff all in between and the walls appear to be bubbling by door. The door handle look like it may fall off at any moment in the bathroom. Also, the breakfast is eggos that are left out (on counter not refrigerated) in plastic wrap, oatmeal, and bread wrapped in plastic. There is mcds, right across street that we ate.Get your towels in advance because they act like it was inconvince to give us extra towels for our 3 day stay. Next time will spend the extra and get a different hotel. Would have canceled the other nights but wasn't sure if any other hotels were available or if could get money back.

The motel is in good condition, and would get a high rating from me normally. I particularly liked the fact that my car was parked right outside my room. HOWEVER! There is a big problem: the motel is adjacent to a truck stop! All night long trucks were coming and going, with outbound trucks passing less than 50yd from my room, shifting up and down gears. It was hard for me to sleep.

We appreciate your feedback and we apologize for the noise. The truck stop was only put in 3 years ago and we have voiced MANY concerns to the city about the noise. Unfortunately it seems on this issue our hands are tied.

Grat Motel , breakfast was first class .
Motel is easy to find and close to all shopping . Manager allowed me to check in early which is a huge bonus for a weary traveller . Room was great with every facility , Wi Fi was fast , bed was comfortable .

very accomodating. I am a 65 and have difficulty climbing stairs. They made sure I was on the ground floor. The breakfast was good, though I would have loved some fresh fruit and/or yogurt. The things I found displeasing were the chair by the bed was badly stained and the light by the bed did not work.

Nice place, convenient to freeway, and amenities
Room was clean if somewhat worn, all the conveniences including microwave and fridge. Bed was comfortable. Great water pressure and hot water in shower. Staff very friendly.

Clean and restful.
Check-in was friendly and professional, the room was good, the bathroom was clean and ok. The hotel itself was built mid 1960's and shows it's age, especially in the bathroom, but the bed was comfy, so for the price it was a decent night's rest.

Nightmare Value
i called the hotel to see if I could get an room earlier than 3pm the front desk guy was very nice and told me it would be no problem I could check in early at no extra price. Which was very Convenient. Entering into the lobby it was a weird smell. The guy who checked me was Pleasant and nice he called room service to make sure room was ready and clean, they ensured him that it was. Walking towards the room I noticed the door knob looked busted and off it’s hinges the room it had that same funky smell as the lobby, no worries I thought until I turned on the lights of the room and it was trashed not clean one bit just a lazy job of throwing a dirty blanket on top sheets with dirty and burnt holes which was CRAZY considering I got a non smoking room!!! I go back to the lobby for a new room. And the guy who was nice was on break or left for the day but some OLder woman was just rude not only did she tell me we basically to deal with the too or leave But she also tried to give me a hard telling me I should’ve never been early which it was 2pm at the timeafter going back and forth with her she finally gives me a new room. Which was from HELL this room would be considered( the nightmare of night crawlers)I was very sleepy and decided to take a nap before heading out. It felt like something ran past my back I jump up and what do I see a mouse and if that wasn’t bad enough there we beg bugs on the other bed. I dropped that key off and ran for the hills Please People NEVER GO HERE..

You get what you pay for....
Room was ok. The closet was nailed shut for some reason. The heat light in the bathroom was completely exposed. It was likely a place that truckers used for over night stops. Not really a family place to stay. It was an ok place to check in late and leave early. No place to spend for more than one evening. The continental breakfast was cold cereal, toast and juice from the gallon jug.

ALL smoking rooms
If you don't like cigarette smoke don't stay here. "Non smoking" room wreaked of smoke. The whole place is overdue for a remodel, otherwise the room was fairly clean and quiet. For the price I'd stay again but remember to bring a bottle of Febreze.

the room was not painted,the room was dry& musty, bath room was musty and not painted,and bad seals around the tub, the bed bottom was falling off,need to be re place,not enough pillows on bed. needs to replace carpet. inside of tub mat was dirty.

Two queen beds turn out to be 2 full beds. Non smoking room has a bathroom that smells of stale cigarette smoke. Heat lamp in bathroom has been replaced with LED bulb (no heat), Timer for heat lamp is inoperative (light turned off but never turned off. Hot water never got hot, just lukewarm. Very strong odor in lobby/guest check in area.
