Just returned from five days at Fiesta Ameriana in Cabo. Had a great time. Despite considerable hurricane damage in September, the hotel area of the resort was running smothly. Staff was plentiful and anxious to please guests. Food very good for an all-inclusive and the hotel and grounds spotless.
We did hear of some problems expereinced by people staying in the time share units because of residual hurricane damage, but there were over 150 people unobtrusively working to restore the resort to pre-storm conditions and their efforts were paying off.
This was our 2nd trip to the Sheraton, they re-opened 3 weeks earlier from the hurricane, they were still grooming the grounds and planting new landscaping. Even with all that going on the staff was great, the rooms were great, food and restaurants were good, and the pools and beach were soothing to the soul! We will be going back!!!
Hotel staff was okay. Front desk female concierge was disappointing and not too helpful or friendly. Air conditioner in room wasn't working and sleep was challenging. Overall our stay was okay. Not certain if I would return to stay at this hotel due to it's proximity to town and swimming beaches.
This hotel is located a little outside of Cabo San Lucas. It is very relaxing, well maintained and not overcrowded. The pool is excellent with a swim-up bar. The staff is friendly and helpful. Decor is mexican style.

One thing service was great everywhere except during the day at the pool very poor service continually had to find someone to get drinks & food
