Always stay at Quality Inn stayed 2 nights and decided 1more night due to enjoying it. Told receptionist air conditioner was not working or our safe box was never fixed since day one only needed batteries and never fixed it. So receptionist decided to move us to another room when we always have street view and she said for what did we need view when there’s only a pharmacy I tok that unprofessional regardless why I wanted the street view. And pushed us to next shift and next shift told us we didn’t have a choice but to stay in another room. Without view because they were all taken. Just very disappointed never had any issues but felt we didn’t have a choice with receptionist and maintenance never took care of safe box my wife had to carry her belonging with her everywhere!!

I did not like the breakfast it was served in a reception room. It looks like the breakfast area was improvised, not enough tables, not organized, coffee tasted awful and the two employees working there seem very stressed because there was no organization. Very limited food options, not what expected.

Liked that it was accessible to surrounding stores and eating places staff was helpful, however this time around they had complications with the elevators making it hard to get to rooms, many times cards for rooms and elevators didnt work. Another plus was that cleaning crew was funominal excellent staff, not only did they keep up with room survice, the whole building was exceptionally clean.

La verdad me gusto mucho quedarme en este hotel. Generalmente me gusta quedarme en el hotel Mirador porque tiene alberca techada para que mi niña se divierta y yo también, pero estaba todo ocupado y la mejor opción fue quedarme aquí y la verdad valió la pena. Muy cómodas camas, muy limpio, práctico tener el restaurante Dega ahí abajo y muchos atractivos ahí alrededor que caminando se llega.

Poor costumer attention, but the hotel is very well located just behind the Catedral in plaza historica. They definitely need to improve their costumer attention.
