2nd time staying here. Our first experience was less than favorable. This time is was way better. Our room was larger than last time (not sure on how or knew there was a difference). Room was clean and staff is friendly. Seemed to be a little pricey for the place, but it does seem safe.

MUCH RECOMMENDED
OUR STAY AT THIS BEST WESTERN MIRADOR HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT. WE LIKE THEIR SERVICE AS WELL AS THE TRNQUILITY THERE. ONE SPECIAL IS THE UNDER THE ROOF POOL, IT'S JUST AMAZING. WARM FRESH AND CLEAN WATER, THAT'S SUPER.

We were a party of 4 and only had 2 towels. We called and asked for 2 more and they never came. They did offer complimentary coffee, but when asked for additional, they said they charged…I said it was fine, but they never brought it either. Our card key didn’t work the next day when we came back late in the night from a get together.

Recomendable para estadía corta
El personal es muy amable pero en general el hotel necesita mucho mantenimiento. Es un hotel viejo, cuando entras a la habitación huele a alfombra vieja, las cortinas se traban y tienes que estar jalando de ellas para moverlas, el internet es muy malo, se desconectaba constantemente, el desayuno es muy básico. Lo recomiendo para una estadía corta dado que el costo es muy accesible, sin embargo para una estadía larga no es un lugar muy cómodo.

Perfecto para un fin de semana
Perfecto lugar para vacacionar dentro de la ciudad! LAs habitaciones están amplias y cómodas, solo faltaría un frigobar pero fuera de eso todo bien. Disfrutamos mucho de la alberca y del desayuno incluido. Definitivamente, me volveré a hospedar ahí.

The staff and the hotel maids were excellent. The pool looked nice did not utilise it though. The front desk and the breakfast was also very good

The location is great. The food. The place is clean. The staff is great. The reason why in my book falls a tad short of excellent is layout of the room. The bathroom seemed, at least room 111, a bit, just a bit, out of sequence. I would definitely stay again and I would definitely recommend.

Good stay
The hotel is nice. I arrived at 9:30pm. Greeted at the desk, they escorted me to the room. It was clean, the carpet was stained but understandable. The restaurant had good food very reasonable priced, breakfast very good. Choices excellent. The neighborhood seemed safe. Oxxo is across the street, KFC is down the street near hospital. A nice bar is 2 doors down. Uber is easy and cheap to use. The pool was very clean and enjoyable.

My father in law was in the hospital so we looked for something close to the hospital...service was good the first 3 days but the last 2 day were not so great...the last days restaurant service was not great as before so we ordered unber eats and I asked the driver to leave the food at reception because I was alone with my 2 babies at 9pm...the rude receptionist ran off the uber stating he couldn't leave the food...then the last day I invited my 2 little cousins to swim with my babies 3 &7 months and were charged a full night stay because they swam as I complained at checkout I was told I could never stay there again by the same rude receptionist.

I booked a king size bed room and they gave me 2 single bed room to start the room was far away from those 4 star hotel they claim they are in the web site i drove a pick up and parking spots where to small so after all i will never book this hotel again

The hotel was run down, wall paper was coming off, floor was filthy, looked behind night stand and trash was left behind with balls of hair and huge dust balls. Giant roaches were all over the location, pool was cloudy and had visible mold on tiles, tile in pool area was really slippery. Breakfast buffet was ok, servers were nice. Carpet was filthy, TV didn't work and when we told clerk she simply shrugged and said she would let maintnance know. No microwave or mini fridge in room. Would never stay here again, very disapointed.
