“GREAT hotel, great price, great experience -- we will always stay here”

We have stayed here 4 times on two trips to Michigan and will continue to come back. Patrick the front-desk manager is THE MAN. Friendly, helpful, top notch. He should be promoted to a position teaching others how to deliver outstanding service. Example: after I told him we were heading out to dinner, Patrick set aside a half a plate of fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies for my family for our dessert after we returned. Simple, yes, but who does that for you for less than $500 a night? By the way, if you like Japanese food, you will LOVE Nobu's restaurant across the street in the strip mall. It looks unassuming, but it's excellent.

“Very nice room for a great night!”

Very friendly staff, nice room, and staff member got me a few pizza menus when I wanted some delivery. I would recommend to my friends staying in the area. Oh, and only 1 mile right down the road from Medieval Times (which we went that evening). We also enjoyed going to World Market and Ikea ... only a few miles each way :)

“Great price and close to everything!”

We went to shop for the weekend. Room was huge and within 5 minutes of everything -Woodfield, Ikea, great restaurants and DSW. (My daughters love shoes!)

Very Satisfied! I stayed there 2 nights with my family in this April, and I was truly impressed. The room was clean enough. The breakfast was also nice (There's waffle maker and even some asian noodles which can be cooked.

“Worth every penny!”

Not only was it beautiful inside and the room bigger than expected, they had a "happy hour" from 5:00 - 6:30 with wine, beer and apetizers. The breakfast was also plentiful. Definitely got our monies worth and would highly recommend.

“Very Nice Hotel”

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. The staff was very helpful and the room very clean. Slight problem with the TV, but they had someone fix it right away. This hotel is very close and convenient to Medieval Times. Definitely would stay there again if I was in the area.

Nice hotel in good location. Close to alot of places to ear, things to see and things to do. Good breakfast bar. Nice staff. Very comfortable hotel.

I really liked the hotel. My only complaint is that I woke up to the sound of the person in the room above me walking around in the morning. I think the sound proofing in the ceiling could be improved....
