“Terrific hotel, we loved it!”

Although set a little off the beaten path, and next door to a Target (which turned out to be a HUGE plus), this is a beautiful hotel. The room was comfy, the bedding was soft, and the dual-head shower was great. The staff was super helpful (even got us a fridge on a minute's notice for storing my boyfriend's insulin, something I hadn't thought to request in advance). The restaurants were top-quality, and even the room service was delicious. The deal we got on Expedia was fantastic for such a nice hotel. I would definitely go back!

“Great Place to Stay”

This hotel is eco-friendly and situated in a perfect spot, near the mall and a movie theatre. We really loved our stay here and can't wait to stay at another Westin hotel. It was also convenient to downtown Chicago and the airport with little traffic.

I'm pretty picky about the cleanliness of hotels and I was very satisfied with this one. My event was in downtown Chicago so the traffic into the city was a problem. But public transportation is an option. Great hotel in a nice area.

We will definitely stay at this hotel again on further trips. Comfortable, conveniently located to all of our destinations around the city. Very comfy beds & pillows, & lots of them. :)

“Great Choice!”

Loved this hotel. It was clean and comfortable; beds were great, staff was welcoming. The location is very convenient to expressway and mall. Restaurants in hotel were perfect choices. Starbucks coffee in the room! We will definitely return.

“Excellent! Would Definitely Recommend”

I have been to downtown Chicago a few times but was attending a wedding in the are. I did not really want to be out in the sticks with Lombard but had to be for transport reasons. I do not regret staying at the Westin Lombard. It made being out in the suburbs very comfortable. Very good value for money, excellent, courteous service and a lovely comfy room with great facilities (gym, pool, sauna). If you want to shop, there is the Yorktown Center and the hotel will take you to anything within a five mile radius if it is not there -free. If you want to go into the city, there is the Metra, which they will take you to also. If you want a different (in a good way) experience you should try it. The staff are also well worth the hype. They are really helpful and courteous. I definitely would recommend it!

“Beautiful Hotel and Great Location”

Beautiful hotel, great rate, great location (nearby expressways, mall, restaurants, and more), excellent customer service with everyone and anyone that we interacted with. We had a standard king room and we thought it was beautiful, roomy, nice view, good quality, very comfortable. We also loved the bathroom and shower with it's double head shower! We also visited a friend in a suite with a kitchenette and we were also in awe with the location. You seriously can not go wrong with this hotel! I will stay there again when in that region.

“Great place to stay”

Enjoyed my stay and I will go again. Room & bathroom were very clean, which is top priority on my list. Staff was great. Love the convenience of the nearby mall, target and movie theater. All were within walking distance, just across the parking lot of the hotel. The food served in the hotel's restaurant was excellent.

“Would stay there again”

First stay at this property; would certainly recommend it to anyone coming to this area. I did not have a rental car, so was very pleased with hotel's proximity to the Yorktown Center (2-level shopping mall) and a variety of restaurants. It was an easy and enjoyable walk -- pretty much just through the hotel parking lot, across the street and into the mall parking lot. I did learn later that the hotel had a shuttle to the mall but the walk was great, particularly after a great dinner at one of the nearby restaurants. I attended a conference at this property; meeting facilities well laid out for general and break-out sessions.

“What a Wonderful Life”

The experience starts as soon as you enter the lobby of this woderful get-a-way. The lobbie is filled with music that wraps around you and takes you out of the mundane and to the exceptional. No, it is not the "W" but it sure makes you forget it is not. The comfort is great, halls and rooms are quiet and unless you happen into the halls when someone alse is there waiting for the elevators you would think you where the only ones staying there. This is My favorate spot in the Chicago Area without staying on the Magnificent Mile. This is one of my A+++ places to stay and I have stayed there at least 5 times now and everytime the experience is the same.
