“One of the best I've ever stayed at”

This hotel is a remarkable find. Recommend the corner room with expanded bath. My wife and I stayed in that room type and were very impressed. Everything is very modern, clean, and impeccable. This feels like a more expensive hotel than it is. It's right near tons of great shopping and restaurants. They view from the upper floors is cool too b/c you can see Chicago skyline in the distance.

“Great accomodations!”

The location was close to everything with great parking garage and out front. Friendly staff, not noisy between rooms and very clean. I did not use pool or other amenties so I can not comment. What more could you ask for?. I recommend.

Area recommendations

Love the great access to shopping, and movie theatre. Coin only tolls are painful if there is no attendant at booth, however good access to many shopping areas.

“Westin style hotel but paperthin walls/connection doors”

Everything in this hotel is good unless you have guests next door who come home at 1:30 am and then won't go to bed but discuss their problems. Since the rooms usually have a connecting door to the next room almost every word next door can be heard and might prevent you from sleeping.

“Great place to stay”

Enjoyed my stay and I will go again. Room & bathroom were very clean, which is top priority on my list. Staff was great. Love the convenience of the nearby mall, target and movie theater. All were within walking distance, just across the parking lot of the hotel. The food served in the hotel's restaurant was excellent.

Naval Pier was nice, close to the water, great for pictures

“Very comfortable & clean! Very nice pillows!”

We will definitely stay at this hotel again on further trips. Comfortable, conveniently located to all of our destinations around the city. Very comfy beds & pillows, & lots of them. :)

“Excellent stay”

The staff was very polite and courteous when we arrived from the valet to the front desk. We had a terrace suit with a excellent view of downtown Chicago and a nice sun bathing deck. The bedding was very comfortable and the restaurant was superb. I will diffidently stay again.

“Gorgeous Hotel!!!”

Everything was as expected. Beautiful hotel. The only complaints I had was that I called room service asking for a menu once and they never delivered it to my room and the pool was freezing. Other than that it was perfect!

“Nice hotel.”

Staff was very helpful. Location was fine. Very nice hotel. However, the hotel restaurants weren't the best. Never got orders right. Would stay there again next time we're in Chicago.

“Kids loved the place”

“Great stay”

It was a mother-daughter weekend. The room was very clean and comfortable. We ate at one of the restaurants located in the hotel; food & service were wonderful. I would recommend this hotel. Yorktown mall is right there and you are not far from the Oak Brook mall.

We went to the Yorktown mall and the Oak Brook mall, both very nice.
