I expected to stay at the W hotel, as I have stayed there before in every other city and come to find it seemed as though it was a newly renovated rundown boutique hotel with no room service. No phone calls no front desk assistance no information whatsoever it seemed as though all employees didn’t know what they were doing. I would complain and take the time for a refund, but as it took me three hours to arrive here and have a place to stay, I will refrain from doing so, but highly suggest making changes, if not telling the customers the actual truth about condition of hotel as it is not worth almost $300 a night let alone $100 . In addition hotel website information is completely inaccurate as it said that there was valet. If not hotel parking that you had to pay for which I would’ve been fine with but instead I had to drive a mile away from hotel to park pay twice as much and pay all over again as I had to go get food since room service closes at 8. I’m disgusted with this experience
