“My two-cents”

Wonderfully modern and trendy hotel. Rooms are little small but all the accommodations you could need are there along with an incredibly helpful staff. Acura also has a test drive program located out of the hotel which can get you a free ride in a MDX, saving you a few bucks one way instead of using a taxi

Great, clean fun place...a little off the beaten path per se...but full of amenities and helpful staff. Great stay....and the beds - yummy! Great night's rest.

“Staff at W Chicago City Center were amazing!”

The hotel staff were fantastic, the saturday of a long weekend brought in a major storm - driving dozens of guests to stay in the hotel foyer for a few hours while the storm passed. The staff handled the influx with calm and professionalism, making everyone of the guests feel at home. The next morning my wife and I asked if there was somewhere we could watch the gold medal match for the 2012 Olympics while eating breakfast - again the staff showed us quickly into the bar (which was closed); setup the TV to the right channel; turned on the sound and quickly sent over the breakfast menus from the restaurant. Just fantastic service. W Chicago City Center -- WELL DONE!!

It's a great hotel that I will definitely go back!!!! it located near by sears building and the CTA station that is very convenient for tourists!!! The room is very clean, fancy and comfortable and the lounge is awesome as well!!!!

Very nice hotel. Loved the room. Great view. Pillows were a little uncomfortable but they weren't that bad.

“Great Hotel for Business”

Traveling on business and hotel was in the heart of the business district. As a result it was convenient. However, if you are traveling for pleasure, I would recommend some place different. I arrived on a Sunday and everything in walking distance was closed (even the Starbucks). The hotel staff was great but the rooms (while clean) were very small. I was traveling solo so it was fine but it would have been difficult to be in the room with another person. I will definitely stay there again when traveling solo for work.
