“Great Hotel Excellent location”

I stayed at The Wit for a couple of nights, it has a great location, you can quickly go to the main interest sites in Chicago such as the Magnificent Mile or Sears Tower. It is a very good deal for the price you pay.

“Great Location & the most comfortable bed ever.”

The Wit is in an excellent location. We went not really knowing our way around Chicago at all, but found the hotel to be close to both the Blue Line (which comes from Chicago O'Hare) and the Red Line (which goes to all the wonderful places we wanted to visit like Wrigley Field, etc.). There were also cabs waiting outside the hotel each and every time we left. The location simply could not be beat. The beds, I must say, where some of the most comfortable I have slept on. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. There was a bit of street noise that drifted up to our room on the 16th floor, but it didn't bother us. It lulled us to sleep most night and it reminded us that we were in a busy and big city. My only real complaint was the hoard of smokers outside the Wit on the weekends when their rooftop bar, the Roof, was at it's most popular. It's not really that much of an issue, just annoying to walk through a crowd of smokers blocking the entire sidewalk.

Clean modern comfort room. Within walking distance to most of the attractions. Great convenient for public transportation. The only bad thing is in-room internet cost extra. However, definitely don't mind stay here again.

Stayed for three nights. Great location. Within walking distance to Millennium Park, Art Institute, mag mile, etc. Rooms were clean, beds were very comforable, hotel was not noisy at all. Hotel staff were professional, attentive and friendly. They know the city well and can offer advice on getting to your destination, where to eat, etc. Check out the roof top bar, not for the yuppie singles scene but for the view, which is, of course, amazing.

“Excellent Location, Great Service”

It was literally steps from the "el" and the bus stopped right out front. My daughter and I loved having this as our home base for our special birthday weekend. The concierge was wonderful and helped us find a great little Italian restaurant near our show as well as the best deep dish pizza in Chicago. Yum! Excellent advice. He was also very helpful with telling us the right buses to take. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

“Hip and funky”

I loved this hotel. The decor and little touches of whimsy and wit made my stay. The rainforest sounds in the hallway during the afternoon and evening, and the rooster softly crowing in the morning made me smile. The room was spacious with huge windows and great views. Location was excellent and convenient. The sommelier in the restaurant was very helpful and attentive even though we just had a glass of wine. The only thing I would change is the vanilla scent filling the lobby. Those of us with asthma and allergies have a tough time with this. I will always plan to stay in this hotel when in Chicago.

“Convenient Location and Exceptional Service”

My wife and I recently stayed at theWit for a long anniversary weekend. The hotel staff was very nice and attentive. The rooms are brand new and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The best thing about the hotel was the location. The red line is across the street. The Mag Mile begins a couple blocks North and Millennium Park is a couple blocks East. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

"Can´t wait to go back" The hotel is excellent, good service, clean, kindly people, very well situated, I was with my husband and two children who were satisfied with the Hotel. We are invited to visit again.
