“Good location, nice pool”
Nice hotel in the Chicago suburbs, very convenient to the subway and O'hare. The hotel isn't new, but is kept up very well. My son liked the pool. Only complaint is the "up-charges" for parking and internet connection. Otherwise, it's a good family spot for a weekend.
“Not bad at all”
Right for the expedia price
“Dirty”
The lobby of the hotel looks elegant and clean. The room floors however look old and dirty. many of the carpets are stained and woodwork is chipped and broken. The stand my TV was on was gouged and pitted. The tilework in the bathroom looked like something from the 1970's and a bug crawled out of the closet when I was looking for the iron. You have to pay for WiFi service, in an age when you can get free WiFi at every coffee shop in America i feel this is unacceptable. Overall I was not happy with the cleanliness. The location is convenient however to the rosemont event center and the airport. Free shuttles are provided to both.
“Good Hotel, but very unimpressed at being charged $25 per day to park our car!”
Good Hotel, but very unimpressed at being charged $25 per day to park our car! Finding out the "Free" bottled water in the room actually cost $4 a bottle. The advertised 20 minute journey into downtown Chicago by subway is not true, we made the tip on a number of occasions and it took a minimum of 35 minutes. So for a weekend break to visit the city, it is not particularly convenient and the addition of parking charges for guests is crazy!
“Loved it!!”
Very nice hotel!! Smelled great as usual. Very short walk to the 'L' station. The only negative thing I can say is that the A/C in the room was unusually noisy but not unbearable.
“impressed”
We loved this hotel..we felt instantly at home the second we walked through the doors!
“Would stay there again, if I ever get stuck in Chicago”
Everything was great. Loved the hotel. The restaurant on the main floor was a little spendy for my tastes, but overall, a very nice place to stay.
“Great Hotel”
The hotel was very nice and the rooms were great. It was very close to the airport so it made it easy for us to get there. I would stay here again.
“Chicagago's best hotel”
The hotel was perfect for us because of everything we wanted to do in the surrounding areas. The only thing that we found odd was that they charged you $25 a night for parking.
“great alternative to downtown”
Reasonably priced for superb comfort. Excellent staff, especially the concierge. Easy access to the train to downtown. expected an airport-zone hotel to be bleak at best, this was a very pleasant stay
