The hotel was very nice. However, I was not expecting the $25 resort fee per day. I found it difficult to use since I was staying at the hotel for a conference. Most meals were provided. We only went to the hotel restaurant one evening for dinner.

Decent hotel but they have a new mandatory $25 per night destination fee that you’re told about at check-in which is ridiculous and annoying.

Excellent location. Easy walk to shops and sightseeing. Riverwalk is 15 min walk from hotel. Right next to former Hancock building.

The hotel was clean, beautiful and well n an awesome location. The staff was AMAZING. The only issues were with the room. The room was warm and the air conditioner didn’t cool it down and the beds were too firm for us. Otherwise it was great.

This hotel has an extraordinary location. The staff is very kind. The facilities are quite old and need some maintenance and remodelling. My overall experience was good.

Great location. Concierge Alfredo was very nice as were the s front desk, and cleaning staff. Hotel is outdated. and poorly maintained. Needs to be cleaner. Several areas were beyond dusty. Floors were not vacuumed. Walls were dirty. I expect so much more from a Westin.

Magnificent Mile...that's all! Because the staff, aside from the breakfast waiter at the restaurant were not helpful. Even at checkout, we asked the front personnel to help us get a cab to the airport, she just nod and left hee post. We waited about 10 mins and luckily, a we were able to hail one outside.

This property was clean, bed wasn’t really comfy but the view was nice. The staff was rude and parking is terrible. The lady apologize for her rudeness but they had unnecessary fees,overall 5/10 stay.

We love to staying at the Westin on Michigan Ave. whenever we come back home to visit. Great location and even was bumped up to a better view which my daughter went nuts for ♥️! Staff is great and super helpful!

Received an upgrade upon arrival and everything met and exceeded our expectations! Mike in the bar was fantastic and handled 8 women with ease and made our visit so fun!
