“Excellent Service”

Visited this hotel for a quiet weekend getaway. Impressed with the trendy/upscale appearance and the friendliness of the hotel staff. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Area dining is plentiful and Massage Envy is steps away (made it a point to stop in for a very reasonable 1hr full body massage).

“Nice hotel, wifi isn't what it seems”

This is a very nice hotel with lots of upscale features. One warning however, if you want wifi in your room there is an upcharge. Wifi is free in the lobby, but not in the other areas of the hotel. If you venture down by the meeting rooms, there is no wifi service. You have to be a registered guest of the meeting rooms. We were there for a chess meet and sometimes the only place to wait was by the meeting rooms, where no wifi was available to me. As a registered guest who paid for wifi (even though most hotels provide it for free everywhere), it seems that I should have been able to get wifi anywhere in the hotel. Front desk staff was pleasant and for the past three years that we have been to this hotel for this chess meet, there have been weddings and proms at the hotel that provide great people watching. The restaurant's breakfast was nice and priced reasonably.

“elegant modern interior architecture”

Very elegant and modern interior architecture. May of the corridors were like promenades. Modern stylish rooms.

“Sheets”

The only problem that I had was the stiffiness of the sheets and the towels. It was like sand paper, but everything was great

“Good place to stay”

This is an ok place to stay, even though the conditions are a little below 4 stars. There was dust in a few corners of the furniture, the bathroom was not spot-clean either. The room service took about 20 minutes to respond, same the maintenance. But if you balance with the fare, it's not a bad deal at all. So, if you are extremely picky about those mentioned above, you should consider a different place. I would personally choose this hotel again.

We went there for our aniversary and there was a convention, big mistake!!! The front desk did a great job making up for it.
