Staff was friendly, room was clean. But the mattress was uncomfortable, doors slam loudly waking us up at night, walls are thin (could hear conversations easily), towels are very thin & non-absorbant, and our room was not cleaned while we were out for the day -- beds not made & no clean towels. Will not stay here again.

Frankfort trip
Pretty good. Everyone was friendly. Employeds were amazing. I was only confused by the breakfast. It said breakfast was provided in the morning. But, it was just yogurt, off brand packaged cinnamon rolls. There was a gallon of milk and bowls. But, no cereal. Picture in the ads when I booked showed a completely different hotel. No waffle maker as shown in picture.

it was a heavy traffic area with lots of road noise. The complimentary breakfast consisted of the same kind of cake snacks i could get at the gas station next door. no real breakfast foods at all. the staff was attentive however they seemed like they were bothered any time anyone would ask a question all of their interactions seemed scripted and there was no personality

Had someone above us running around on the floor above us till 12:00 a.m. then people came in very loud banging doors screaming and yelling and giggling. Worst night's sleep I've had at a hotel.

OWNERS ARE HORRIBLE
We did not stay we had a family emergency out of the country and lost a family member and they would not refund our money. we were already upset and this just upset us more the owner do no have a heart. We will not use hotels.com ever again because of this we lost over 186.00 which is a lot to lose now a days

Stay was ok, not real friendly when asking about my girlfriend service dog. Want info no one ever asked for. Toilet was plugged up, had to unplug myself cause no one was there to do it. Very slim picking for breakfast / coffee. Check in wasn’t helpful at all with hotel com rewards. Otherwise ok

Thank you for your review. We have a pet fee that is 35 per pet per night but service animals are free. This is why you were asked for the info. The breakfast options are typical for a continental breakfast and we are sorry it did not meet your expectations.

The clerk in the evening was very cold and not friendly at all but it was fine. The room was clean but outdated. Free coffee and yogurt in the am was great!

The air conditioner didn't dehumidify the room. It smelled horrible. First room we were given hadn't been cleaned yet. Coffee in the morning wasn't hot. breakfast choices were not much.
