“Sactuary from a busy weekend”

This hotel was clean, quiet and very roomy. Our second stay and not our last.

“Conveinent, Comfortable and Close to SHOPPING”

My brother, sister in law, step mom, son and myself went on our annual shopping trip to Woodfield. This hotel allowed us all to have some privacy when some needed it and some family time at the same time. We brought some games to play in the evening. The suite style allowed this to work out great. If you need a pull out couch, however, ask at check in. They have them. Our room happened to just have a couch, not a pull out. I should have asked instead of assuming all suites had them. The breakfast was fantastic. The price for the room was great. We split the room three ways and it was so reasonable!! The room was clean and neat. We will come back here next year for our annual trip.

The only "complaint" that we had, was that we thought the kitchen would have an oven, and it didn't. It did have a microwave and stove top, so we were still able to save money in not having to eat out. Over all it was great, and we will definitely go back!

“Best Hotel Experience Ever”

The hotel staff from management to housekeeping was kind and thoughtful and very helpful, went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our suite. When they didn't have a ground floor room with a king size bed that we had requested, they upgraded us at no extra charge to a ground floor suite. During our entire stay, everyone connected to the hotel was friendly and extremley willing to make sure we had a pleasant stay. We would difinitley stay there again.

“Home away from home...almost”

We may have only needed it for one night, but it really was a very private and comfortable stay. We were so impressed with what the room offered, we actually went to the grocery store and bought dinner to make ourselves! Saved us going to a restaurant; however we discovered the stove didn't work! We laughed it off and just improvised and used the microwave. Breakfast the next morning was very impressive; no continental meal here! Overall, very comfortable and homey! We loved it.

“Great experience for the price”

We had a 2 room suite for 2 families. The rooms were on opposite sides of the living area, and it worked out great! We would definitely come back. Staff were friendly. It was a little dated, but well maintained. Great location!
