The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was filling although they ran out of coffee and didn’t have half and half which I would have liked. The staff were not rude, just not helpful. For instance watching us struggle to open the door with suitcases when they are standing right next to the door. There were very few parking spots also.

Took a trip to decompress from stress what I anticipated as a peaceful night started out with one of the staff members playing the pricing game with me as far as the incidentals which the amount is ridiculous the hotels ask for a 150 dollar hold and the rooms are outdated and appliances as well my appliances had what looked to be rust and I have no idea what the stains were on the glass part of the microwave. Before checking in he was nice after I stated my concerns about the amount of the incidental fee which he was giving me a courtesy discount and dropped it down to 50 dollars which was in my personal opinion too much he went back up to the 150 because he didn’t like my personal opinion which he considered it to be an argument and I wasn’t arguing I also stated other hotels don’t ask for that much. Needless to say I will do extensive research before I make reservations at another hotel and I will not be returning to this particular hotel again.

Great option for affordable stay in Chicago area
I really appreciated all the staff working here! Very friendly, helpful & positive. Rooms: very spacious, but a little worn. Water for shower never got hot. Breakfast: nice free continental breakfast. Food was good. Waffle maker not in service & only whole milk available. Parking can be difficult if you arrive later at night.

Nice and clean Hotel 😍
It was an awesome experience to stay at your property . Me and rest of the family enjoyed it very much . The hotel is clean and the staff are and so kind and courteous. . Breakfast is so delicious. The hotel smelled overly pungent and it seemed like they tried to cover it up with too many different air fresheners. It gave my wife and I a headache every time we went inside so we decided to not finish out our last night there and left early.

The site listed dining options or a bar but did not have available. Breakfast times listed not accurate for the days of the week. Dishes, utensils, coffee pot all dirty and required cleaning before use. The TV's offered in both rooms were drastically crooked and nearly ready to fall off. The bathroom sink leaked at all settings.

Irresponsible service
No idea what the property was actually like because when my husband and his group members showed up they were told their rooms were no longer available. They had a performance that night and were traveling, arrived only to be told their reservations had been canceled at midnight, but no one called to check and see if they were enroute or what their eta would be. Then they had to find a new hotel at almost 3 in the morning and paid significantly more for the last minute booking than I had paid for their rooms here well in advance.

Terrible condition hotel for the area.
Staff was nice... and that's about it for what was good. Checked in at 5pm but room not clean yet so changed rooms. Not enough parking for guests so cars and semis lined up along street out front. Stairwells NASTY and hallway smelled of urine. Couch and chair all stained and gross. Cabinet door at sink off hinges. Hair dryer didn't work. Shampoo conditioner body wash all filled with same sudsy thing so couldn't condition hair. Breakfast unimpressive.

This hotel is disappointing overall. The room was dark and dingy, and filthy upon arrival. There were cobwebs everywhere and we literally walked in on two spiders mating under the framed wall art adjacent to the entrance. I did not have high hopes at that point. Our one year old was walking around barefoot right when we arrived, and the soles of her feet were black with grime. That’s when I went to the front desk and complained—they came and did an okay cleaning—the only service we received during our 5 night stay. They offered to shampoo the carpet but said they couldn’t because we were in the room. Maybe keep the rooms clean when they’re not occupied? Just saying. There’s just so much to complain about, so here’s a list: the shower barely ever got hot; the bedroom TV is falling off of the mount; the couch in the living area is nasty; the dishwasher wouldn’t open, and when we tried using it, it basically fell out of the cabinet; we booked here because we need a kitchen because of the toddler, but they do not provide sponges and expect you to use a towel—not cleaning my baby’s bottles with a nasty towel; and breakfast has no variety and was one of the weakest I’ve seen in comparison to similar hotels. There is a side door so you don’t have to lug your belongings all the way to the front door of the building, but the card reader was broken so guests were keeping the door open with a rock; worse, random groups hang out next to the door and drink.

Excellent extended stay
This was a great place for an extended stay in a safe and upscale area close to lots of shopping and freeways. The front desk staff were very friendly and the housekeeping crew were very helpful and attentive when we needed more supplies or our room freshened up.
