Cleanliness, service, aminities are great. Good for a leisure, family or business trip.

Our room was very clean. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast but were directed elsewhere to a great breakfast, ask for the name at the front desk. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel for the price. Breakfast area does become crowded, later in the morning. Could expand that. Room was clean, pillows and beding were great.

We have stayed at this hotel every year for the last 3 years for our annual Christmas shopping trip. We have always enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. It is very well located close to Ikea and Woodfield mall. The breakfast buffet is good although on the weekends it is very crowded and they use plastic silverware and styrofoam plates. On weekdays there is almost no wait and you get real silverware and plates. I would avoid the egg patties though. We definately will come back to this hotel in the future!

I was stuck during the recent winter storm and checked out 2 or 3 different times only to have my flight cancelled, and would have to come back to the hotel. They were very helpful and accomodating.

My daughter and I spent 2 nights at the Springhill Suites and were very pleased. The room was very large and very clean. Nice pool, hot tub and work-out facility. Everyone was very friendly and ready to please. We were on a shopping weekend and the location was great and easy to find. Lots of nearby shopping as well as restaurants. We will definitely be back.

This was my second time staying in a month. Super close to Woodfield Mall. The hotel is very clean and the rooms were nicely laid out. Not one bad thing to say.

This hotel was fantastic! We were warmly welcomed from the point that we walked in and treated like royalty! They supplied us with everything that we needed--from directions to the nearest train station to an ice scraper! We received excellent service!
