“really nice hptel”
this was the second stay at the hotel and just a great location and great staff and very reasonably priced
“Excellent downtown hotel.”
Helpful, friendly staff. Clean & comfortable room. Excellent location in The Loop.
“Nice place”
It is a really nice place, the only think that was not so good was that the room was too small.
“Excellent Location!!”
Excellent Location very close to Millenium Park! Very Comfortable room. quiet not noisy from the train. Loved it We will be back!
“great hotel!”
I loved this hotel! The EL stop is right outside the door, located just one block from Millenium Park, right in The Loop. It was pleasant, convenient, everyone was friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean. I will definitely stay there again the next time I go to Chicago! Highly recommended.
“Very good for the money”
This is a very convenient and clean hotel. Though it was a little odd that the lobby was on the second floor - designated "L" on the elevator - one had to guess that as you walk in the narrow hallway entrance past the valet. But ne on the Lobby level, it was spacious and the hotel personnel very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was in calling for the valet service using the "valet" button on the room phone. The hotel guest services person told me she would call my car and never did. We stood outside waiting and finally asked the valet again and he produced the key and said he had gotten no call from anyone requesting the car. But they were great guys and the hotel itself was a good deal for the money. Not my favorite in Chicago, but a reasonable place to stay.
“staff very friendly and helpful”
enjoyed my stay. Only wish they had a recumbent bike in their fitness room but did have a fitness room available 24hrs/d
“Great hotel! However, it's not well marked.”
The service was great...especially the valet and bell boys. The room was clean and comfortable. Even with the "L" running right in front, the sound was very minimal. Don't count on your GPS to find the hotel...it won't work with all of the tall buildings. I had to drive around the block in horrendous traffic 3 times before I spotted it. Overall, a great hotel with distinctive architecture in prairie style. And Ada's Deli on the ground floor is a plus also.
“Good Stay in Chicago loop”
Very convenient for us because our clients are just 2 blocks away. Nicely maintained hotel.
“Great boutique hotel, location and staff”
We had a great stay. Couldn't be more impressed by helpful desk and bell boy staff. Location next to Millenium park walks and gardens, Art Institute, the "EL" for getting everywhere else, Metra stops. Spacious room. Fine breakfasts at Ada's and good beer on draft (local!) for end of day pick-me-up. Only thing missing from the room was a towel rack in the bathroom to store our in-use towels, though we were a large number: a three-some.
