“Always impresses”
The staff at the front desk (Sue in particular) sets the standard of superior customer service. Incredibly accommodating, patient and helpful. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Very quiet even directly next to O’Hare. The hotel has all the amenities needed including the airport shuttle, pool, fitness center, bar, and restaurant. We'll continue to book our rooms at this Sheraton every time. AAA+ experience! You won’t be disappointed.
“Perfect”
This is a great hotel. The rooms are huge, the price was great, and the service was terrific!
“in the middle of nothing.not impressed. no local eateries”
not a good area. if you have a car you are good to go. No car, then you are stuck there with 2 restaurants to eat at .
“Big hype, disappointing reality”
Given how much this place sells for a night and the over-touched up photos, I was very disappointed in my stay. First off, the rooms were dingy, dark, with motel-grade carpet (w/ stains!). Far from opulent. The linens and towels were all very clean though. 2nd, the restaurant in the courtyard is a rip off. Eighteen dollars for pancakes?!! The staff themselves were actually very polite and responsive to requests.
“Convenient to airport”
Clean, comfortable, safe, good service. Only downside was drive into Chicago and back if you're not familiar with the roads.
“Not too impressed”
Hotel charges for use of the internet; not per room but per user. Hotel has very limited parking space. Hotel needs to remodel. Bar food and drinks overpriced. On the positive note; staff is friendly and helpful.
“Very Convenient for O'Hare Passengers”
The hotel staff is very attentive and the location is superb for O'Hare passengers. The restaurant and bar have excellent service, high quality and high prices.
“Convenient to car rental return and airport”
Convenient and good value
“Great Hotel!”
The staff was super-friendly, the beds were really comfy, and everything was really nice!
“Worst Sheraton Hotel Ever!”
I have stayed in Sheraton Hotels from New York to Hawaii. This hotel should have its franchise name taken away! It is obvious this building was one of the first Embassy Suites turned into a Sheraton; however, NO UPGRADES OR CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE!!! The room was dirty, the carpet throughout the entire hotel was old, worn, dirty and stained. The bed was not even close to what I expect at a Sheraton. Sheraton usually has the most comfortable beds and linens... not here. I would never stary here again or ever advise anyone to.
