“Nice hotel”
Very nice rooms, great coffee in room. The room was spacious and very clean. Every amenity was available. Really enjoyed!

“Not the quality of service you would expect from a Sheraton”
I called the hotel about 1 month prior to our reservation to see if we could check-in early. The front desk employee I spoke to told me early check-in would be no problem, and no note on my account would be needed as there would be plenty of rooms available. On the day of our arrival, my husband, 3 month old daughter and I arrived 25 minutes prior to the 3pm check-in. We were told there were no rooms ready or clean for us. (The hotel was dead!) In the meantime, we had driven 4 hours with a colicky baby (who was still crying, by the way) and had to wait about 10 minutes until a room was ready. I was irritated but decided to let it slide since it was Christmas Eve. Finally a room was ready and they were not even very apologetic. The next day at check-out, my husband waited at the front desk another 10 minutes for an employee to check him out. No one was to be found! We had to leave to make it to a relative's house so he wrote a note to tell them we were checking out and no one was working the front desk to assist him. He called later that afternoon to make sure we were checked out and they told him the front desk attendant was assisting a customer for several minutes. The hotel is very nice, clean, and modern but that did not make up for the lack of organization and customer service. I would have expected a hotel of this caliber to be more on top of things.
