“Fun times on St. Patrick's day”

I went to Chicago to see them Dye the river green. The hotel is ON the river which made this a really fun experince. I forgot to expect the absoulte zanyness of the city. The hotel was full of rowdy people. This did detract a bit from quality of my visit. But this is not the Hotels fault. The room was VERY clean, the beds are AMAZING!! Really nice HDtv with lots of Channels, an iHOME dock/alram clock. Stay away from the minibar, the prices will boggle the mind..LOL. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Which says a lot due to the volume of guests (St. Pattys was on a Saturday this year). The shower/tub looked a little dirty (worn) but I have seen MUCH worse in hotel that cost more. I ordered room service and the food was amazing. I had shrimp cocktail and filet mignon. It was comprable to any 4 star restaurant. The loction of this hotel is great as well. Right in the heart of everything, from entertainment, food and even Movies!! I'm a little old to be around so many partiers. The was a lots of yelling and drunken door pounding during my stay, I don't really fault the hotel for this. I will try to schedule my next visit during a more subdued event. I would love to stay here again on my next trip to the Windy city!!!

“Sheraton Chicago, a memorable experience!”

This hasn't been our first time staying at the Sheraton Chicago. My husband and I live in Orland Park and try to stay there at least twice a year. The comfort and cleanliness of the rooms are by far the best that we have seen! Everyone at the hotel go above and beyond to make our stay a memorable experience.

“Great Hotel”

The room was beyond expectations. The linens were clean. The mattress was very comfortable. Everything was just great. Only disappointment was the luck of diversity in the clientele. Kept wondering why I could only see two or so blacks out of the more than one hundred caucasions in the lobby and bar area. Just baffled me. Came from DC!!!

“The Sheraton Rocks!”

we especially enjoyed being on the 33rd floor and having the club room for happy hour and breakfast

“Lack of bar space”

Our only complaint. When were were there, there was a dental convention going on. The local bar was closed for a private party so everyone was jamming into this other bar. I heard they have another bar they use just for private functions but it was closed and not in use. Seems to me when there is a huge convention as such, to make it a bit nicer for those who are not involved, the other bar should be open. That bartender did an amazing job but that place was wall to wall people

I only stay 1 night but it was best. Oh yes the best.

“Great hotel for work or play”

The hotel is very nice. The guest rooms are clean and comfortable and a very nice size. Conference areas are also very nice. I would recommend it!

Clean and comfortable hotel with an accommodating staff in a location central to the heart of Chicago making our stay very pleasant.

“You can`t go wrong at this Hotel,”

We stayed at the Sheraton twice during our stay in Chicago. The hotel is very well located for walking around Chicago. We had a few minor problems with our room. But the staff quickly took care or them. They were more than friendly at the front desk, and helped of with directions or any questions that we might have had. And did I mention the heath club? An amazing area with up to date machines, locker room facilities, steam room. And a beautiful indoor pool. We`ll be looking to stay at other Sheraton`s in our future travels.
