Hotel was an hour and a half late for check in. Closest parking is 3 blocks away for $30 a day otherwise it’s $50 for valet. Room was small, bathroom had no fan, shower water went everywhere since there was only a curtain that wasn’t long enough, hardly any toiletries, not enough towels, we had to call down immediately for things we needed when it should’ve just been in the room. The tv kept disconnecting from WiFi and wasn’t working so we couldn’t use that. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the window you could hear straight through, every siren, every person, every single noise through the night you hear. The front door - the worst. There was no seal on the door so you could see light through the hallway. It SLAMMED shut, so all the doors were extremely loud. The neighbors door you heard all hours of the night, heard them coming in and out often, was extremely frustrating as you’re trying to sleep. The elevators, we could not figure out to begin with and kept getting stuck until someone in the elevator informed us you need your key to access it which was never told to us at the front desk so that was a very frustrating process. Overall this hotel needs some cleanliness skills, sound proofing, overall updating, and better hosting skills. The staff in the front was very helpful this all isn’t on them, they were very nice and got us what we needed for what they could. But this was not a good stay and do not recommend. If your going to stay in the city, get something nice.
