“Great Stay”

Stayed for 3 days and was very pleased. The room was like a small loft/apartment and even had a kitchen. Cleaning staff was not pushy and very friendly. Front desk could have been a little more helpful in telling us of the huge tax rates in Chicago. If you stay here, do not go next door to get cigarettes, they charge a ton! No smoking in the rooms, but plenty of areas outside. Very nice stay, hope to visit again. LOVED the free breakfast and dinner (weekdays), was fresh and well stocked.

“Chicago's Great location/value”

The location of this property is great for conducting business and incorporating pleasure, easy entrance/exit to roadway. Many resturants within walking distance along with shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful. I arrived on an early flight and they accomodated me with no problem. Even though it's very near the airport, quiet rooms. Really loved the evening meal setup and the morning breakfast bar. This was my second stay at this location and this will be my stay upon returning to the area. Great value.

“What a great place to stay”

I enjoyed everything about my stay at this lovely hotel. The concierges were helpful, the shuttle from the airport timely, the rooms spacious and spotless, the room amenities excellent, the surrounding gardens beautifully maintained and peaceful, the breakfasts hearty and exciting, and the abundance of dining options in the immediate area incredible. The free internet was fast and a nice touch. A laundry located on one of the floors too. There is even a Target nearby if one needs to hop over and grab something. There are trains into Chicago from the airport, so allow an hour transit (including shuttle connection to airport) if planning on visiting the City.
