“Will stay again when I go back to Chicago”

Very good breakfast buffet with a large variety of things to choose from and the staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to please us. The bed was very comfortable and the room was neat and clean. The whole area around the hotel was quiet and clean. Conveniently located close to major highways.

The staff was great - the room was very nice - the complimentary breakfast was better than expected -- nice to stay in American owned hotel where hospitality still means something Very good location - lots of shopping and eating very close. Only annoying observation is that 2nd floor rooms create guite a bit of noise in lower units. AMERICAN OWNED -- HUGE DIFFERENCE

“Pleasant Experience”

I can not understand why this hotel received such a low review. I found it to be clean, conveniently located. The front desk staff was friendly. Check-in was FAST! Housekeeping spoke English and was courteous, friendly, very efficient! I had request no smoking room, but one was not available. No problem - I purchased some Lysol across the street and took care of the faint odor. I would definitely stay again.

“It'll Do”

The workout room wasn't too great, but the treadmills had built in televisions. The dumbbells only go up to 30 lb.

I LIKED THE WAY OUR HOTEL ROOM WAS ACTUALLY A LITTLE APPARTMENT , WITH KITCHEN AND ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME . THE ONLY ONE NEGATIVE WAS THAT THE SOFA BED COULD HAVE BEEN MORE NEW, AND A LITTLE MORE COMFORTABLE TO ACTUALLY USE AS A SOFA.
