“awesome hotel, not to be spurned for its modest appearance”

Overall I was extremely satisfied, especially considering the low price. The hotel itself isn't very attractive, the architecture is very 1960's and a little dirty-looking. The inside, however, is very clean and nice. The comforters were very pretty and the beds were soft and smelled fine. The hotel is in a really nice area, though it's a little far from the city if that is where you are visiting. The complimentary coffee is pretty good, and you have options, you can also get hot chocolate, which I'm told is also good. Be sure to check out the wall decorations in the lobby, big pictures of smiling travellers and businessmen. They are a hoot.

“Decent Hotel When Traveling”

I just needed a hotel for one night, & this worked fine. It's quite a distance from the O'Hare airport, but otherwise it was a fine place to lay my head.

Everything was acceptable except the bathroom light was burned out, I told the front desk in the morning but she made no notes about it so I do not know if it got fixed, I would bet not.

“Right for the price”

This was somewhat of a no-frills establishment. The exterior looked a little rough and worn but the room itself was clean and well maintained. In fact it appeared as though it had been painted recently. It was right off the highway, and easy to find. Even though it was right next to a bar and some restaraunts, it was quiet and peaceful. One thing to note is that the wireless internet IS NOT free. you have to connect through T-Mobile and pay a fee. The rooms could benefit from adding mini fridges and adding more cable channels. Overall however, for the price (around 60 per night) it was a decent stay. I would recommend this hotel to people who are traveling on a budget. If you are looking for luxurious bells and whistles, it is probably not the place for you. I would definitely consider staying again.

A good place for price-sensitive travellers. Even though it is not comparable with those luxury hotels, comparing to its price, it delivers great value.
