“Missing some things..”

The lack of Q-tips was most annoying for me and my boyfriend. No hair dryer was provided either, which I also did not have. The beds aren't too soft, and thicker covers would be nice for the colder weather. Loved the shower though.

“Not Impressed”

It was OK for the price but was missing things I expected like a hair dryer and an iron and a coffee brewer. The room had the beds made every day but no other cleaning was done and didn't refill cheap items like cups.

“Ok, but no amenities and very bare-bones”

The hotel was renovated and clean. The clerks were helpful but there is no usable lobby or breakfast or a place for drinks and the rooms are very basic, not even a closet. The lighting is not so great either but overall a decent value for the money.

“Not bad for the money”

Traveling to the Chicago-land area with a pet presented a new challenge for me, as I discovered most hotels charge $25/night for a small pet to accompany you. The Red Roof does not, which was a really great feature! The outside appearance of the hotel had me a little worried, but the rooms were very nice, comfortable, and clean! There's a Steak'N'Shake in the next parking lot, and a convenience store across the street. As a frequent traveler, this place worked great for me!

“Just so-so”

The people were nice, but the bed was not comfortable at all... almost too hard. Left there with a back-ache. If not staying a long visit (such as our one night stay), it is ok for the price. However, if going for a longer stay than maybe 2 nights, and I would recommend you upgrade hotels.

“reliably clean and comfortable for one night while on the road to utah.”

this is a nice place to stay when traveling the interstates through out america. we stopped for one night and found it clean and comfortable enough for one night. wouldn't recommend it if you are staying for a longer period of time. the one we stayed at had recently been repainted and the smell of urine in the elevator was really offputting.

“Glorified truck stop”

This is a glorified truck stop. it is cheap and a place to sleep. that is all.
