The property was located within walking distance to shopping, dining and anything else you might like. Unfortunately the size of the room was a little small, but we made it work.

On Magnificient Mile, fantastic location. Clean rooms, though small Staff , very responsive and professional. HAd a plumbing problem in a room was fixed within half hour. First room I booked (standard room) was very small, no microwave, fridge. Requested and got a room upgrade to larger, corner room with MW and fridge for free for last 2 days of my 3 day stay.

My biggest complaint here is you can hear everything happening in the hall and outside on the street. The location is convenient for walking everywhere but it is close to a hospital and sirens go often and throughout the night. Doors are heavy on the rooms and they slam shut every time. The room is also very small not a lot of room to move around but has all your essentials just nothing over the top. Would not recommend to stay in as a woman traveling alone. Did not feel safe due to other characters in the hotel.

This is my second stay there. I continue to return because of the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff combined with the walkable options of activities and transportation. It can be a bit loud because you are in the heart of Magnificent Mile's shopping/dining/activity area, but if you live in a big city those noises don't bother you.

Good location, good price, very friendly staff. However, the room I was given was quite small, definitely glad I was traveling alone because it would be cramped with 2 people. The walls are also pretty thin, so you can hear people in the hallway talking/exiting their rooms. The elevator was also constantly busy, so plan on leaving early if you have to get somewhere.

We missed our train back to Michigan and booked a room here last minute. Our room was small and cozy. It was very clean and updated. We also had leftovers so we asked for a room with a fridge and microwave.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and large. We appreciated that we could adjust the temperature of the room easily! One thing that we did notice was that the rooms weren’t very well isolated. We could hear the other rooms pretty clearly.

The customer service is AMAZING, Huge shout out to Will! The rooms are clean, beds & pillows are comfy. The rooms are on the smaller side but that wasnt really an issue for us and if youre not used to the sounds of the city at night you might find it a bit loud but i didnt have a hard time sleeping at all. As well as being one of the only hotels that allow cats! Definitely will stay here again and recommend to anyone i know going to Chicago

A bit disappointing
Nice place, but if you want housekeeping to clean your room and get clean towels, you have to request it. Not very art deco either. The new restaurant however was very nice.

A couple of negatives but generally good
Cleanliness was very good. Two issues: Bathroom (and sink) are tiny, even in a deluxe room, so may not be great for families in one room. They must get a dedicated service elevator! Waited 20 minutes to come down once, elevators were full of housekeeping stuff. And was told "we are busy preparing for next guests"...um, we were also guests, even if we were leaving!
