“NTC Graduation”

We used the hotel to attend our son's graduation at NTC Great Lakes. It was very easy to get to the base from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to the families and friends of future Navy graduates.

Everthing was great. I was very suprised and felt Honored that our hotel provided a complimentery reception for the family members of Naval graduates staying at the hotel the night before graduation. I was also thrilled with the option of having a room with 3 queen size beds,they were so comfy to sleep in, it made our stay very comfortable. The indoor pool area was very nice, very clean......please put out more large towels, and you may want to extend the hours until midnight. The staff is very friendly and helpful, when my laptop couldnt connect in my room and desperately needed to get online, the desk clerk allowed me to use her office computer..... that was a blessing (Thank you) It was an over all terrific experience and if I am ever in the area again I would definitly stay there. I will recommend this hotel to anyone I know who needs a place to stay for a Graduation. Thank You again

“Chicago, hotel nice but far.”

Everything was perfect, except the distance from Chicago to where the hotel is.

“Would not stay anywhere else but here”

The staff was extremely helpful. I had a late flight and my boyfriend wanted to check in to get settled before i got there and they didnt give him any problems. although i did call to verify it. The hotel is worth the money and the rooms are very comfortable. There is a great resturant/ bar in the hotel as well. The room service is great, i dont thin it ever took longer than 20 mins to get our food.

Near to the Naval Base which is why I choose the area. Continental breakfast was ok. Reception for Navy families was good. I was totally satisfied with everything about this hotel

The front desk help was extremely helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. We were very happy with our stay at the Ramada Inn. The complimentary Navy family meet & greet was a great idea. They made us feel very welcome. Would stay there again if we went back to Gurnee.

“Great Hotel”

The room was spotless and comfortable. The restaurant was also good. So good, in fact, I ate there 4 times during my stay. The front office staff were very nice with maps and advice. They also printed out my airline boarding pass for me the day before I left. I was there for my grandson's Navy graduation. The hotel holds a get together for the families the night before graduation. All in all, great.
