Absolut empfehlenswert

Posted 26-Jul-2015

Excellent location

Posted 25-Jul-2015
Pros: Location, location, location.
Location: Easy to get to the loop, museums, Lincoln Park, or the beach.
We could not have asked for a more convenient location. Just a block from Water Tower Place, the hotel is close to several bus routes and a few blocks from the "L". The rooms are not especially modern, but they are spacious and comfortable. The only negative is the scarcity of elevators (there are just two) and they are very busy at check-in and check-out or in the evening when people are coming in to go to the rooftop bar--the wonderful Drumbar.

Great hotel in the heart of Chicago

Posted 25-Jul-2015
Second time we have stayed here. Great suite (thanks for the upgrade) for us and two teenagers. The location next to Hancock Tower is fantastic. It's a block from the shops and restaurants of Michigan Ave and a block from the lake. We walked most places and used the L train to get to the Sox game. Great base.

Great hotel in the perfect location

Posted 24-Jul-2015
Pros: Dining options
Cons: Larger elevators
Location: Restaurants, lake, shopping, landmarks
I spent three nights at the Raffaello and couldn't ask for anything more. The hotel is in a great location and has the best donut shop in the lobby. I also went to drumbar and the sun deck on the 18th floor; there's a restaurant there as well that looks good. The room was clean and spacious. With its location, I will definitely consider the Rafaello Hotel next time I'm in Chicago.

Very nice hotel near magnificent mile!

Posted 22-Jul-2015
Pros: The hotel was very clean and maintained. The bed was amazing!
Cons: Tiles in bathroom shower need cleaning/re-grouting.
Location: Location is directly near a beach and magnificent mile. Very close to many restaurants.
Overall, this hotel was a great experience for a first time visitor of Chicago. I definitely recommend staying here as the hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Hotel was beautiful and staff were attentive.

Posted 22-Jul-2015
Pros: Rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. They have an amazing rooftop lounge and a great little coffee and doughnut shop in the lobby.
Cons: Elevators are a little bit on the small side.
Location: It is directly across from the Hancock observation tower and just a block away from Watertower Place. A great spot along the Magnificent Mil
We couldn't have been happier with our stay at the Raffaello. It was a perfect location, close to many attractions, great shopping, and some of the city's best sights. The hotel has all the luxuries of large upscale hotels, but is a smaller and more personal atmosphere. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Chicago. Thank you for exceeding our expectations.

We had to wait an extra hour to get into our rooms and the elevators and check in were a very long wait. Other than that the room was perfect.

Fantastic hotel! Clean room, welcoming staff! Do yourself a favor, and try DrumBar, and the apple fritters downstairs. Your tastebuds will thank you!

Great for the price

Posted 13-Jul-2015
This seems fairly cheap for the type of hotel and the location. Only downside is it's expensive for parking ($65 valet) but the price for the overall experience was worth it. Room was clean and comfortable, easy walking distance from restaurants and more.

Excellent Location !!!

Posted 13-Jul-2015
Pros: Location, cleanliness, security
Location: The hotel is near to the Chicago's principal street of shopping, Magnificent Mile !
I arrived at the hotel on 09 June, the room was not ready and unfortunately had to wait for 30 minutes at the reception with my bags, making it the only negative point of my stay. The four conditions, hotel and security are very good.
